I don't understand why when you order food whether it's a meal or a donut they don't supply you any napkins with your order. How do they expect us to wipe our hands and our mouths on our sleeves?

They took my order wrong and made me look dumb instead of apologizing and fixing the issue. Female Indian employee was giving me too much attitude instead of I fixing the problem. The staff aren’t polite and it’s discouraging to go there now

These workers need a stress leave. I had a cashier snap at me for waving my credit card as she couldn't see if it was a debit or credit or gift card. That made her snap at me in an uncontrollable rage. Apparently she had to know what I was planning to use, but didn't ask me, just assumed I would tell her. I found that odd, and therefore they get a 1 star for customer service. Being that it's a mall TH, they don't even need to deal with a drive-thru, so what are they stressing about?

I asked for 2 chicken wraps, and one ice coffee, I paid $10 dollars and instead of getting of 2 chicken wraps I got 1. I told the cashier that I ordered 2 wraps, not 1. She started giving me attitude; I was disappointed, and a bit upset. I asked for my some of my money back, since I thought that's the least that they can do. They refused, and I left it at that. I do not recommend going to this Tim Hortons due to the lack of respect the workers have for the customers.

This place makes my drinks wrong at least once a week. Also if you are in a rush only drive through is faster. If there's 3 people in line after they help one person at a time in store, approximately 15 and I've even waited up to 20 minutes inside for a coffee. You should consider not having the employees wash the stores floors at 6 pm when you get a bit of customers constantly. It's very unsafe without rugs in this store when most franchises have them. I've been given Wrong change a few times but only by nickels but still it does add up. Also everytime I try using the mobile app, it takes 15 minutes per screen. This store could use some improvement.

I'd rate 5 stars if they could get mobile orders done correctly. I keep getting my coffee made wrong on a daily basis. After a month of this, I've finally decided to speak up. Please READ a customers order BEFORE making it. Tired of my hard earned money being wasted on coffee that isn't made right.

Alright location.The problem Is the staff always seems pretty aggrevated.On top of it the accuracy of the drinks aren't great if you ask for anything added to your drink 9/10 times they forget and if you remind them, they get pretty upset.If you goto this location place a very simple order.And don't be surprised if they are in a bad mood.
