Great place to get all your favorite team gear. Embroidery for your hats is great and in a timely fashion, done on site too. Gotta like not having to go outta town for stuff like that and pretty reasonable prices too.

Twice went in to but Canucks black jersey and 47 hat both days the card reader in store didn't work with any of my cards- which worked elsewhere. Needless to say no purchase equipment that didn't work disnt impress me. Sraff were good though.

Helpful staff member helped me find what I was looking for.

Great service from the team at Lids/Jersey City, Nathan the store manager hooked us up with a batch of company hats with our custom logo. From start to finish he was able to answer all my questions quickly, and provided updates along the way regarding my order. He was able to get a small part of the order done within a few days on a special request and sourced out any product we were looking for if they didn’t have it in stock. I would 100% recommend this location!

I have always used Lids or Jersey City to buy sports clothing, accessories etc but I will no longer shop here. I went to the Jersey City in Kamloops and wanted to do a simple exchange for a hat I had purchased as a Christmas gift in November. I was met by a very snotty employee who told me there’s no UPC to scan I asked if she could scan the hat similar in the front she said no. She said she doesn’t know how I paid I said debit and she said she couldn’t take my word for it. I told her all I wanted was an exchange I still had the proper sticker on the hat and I had tried to call the store but they’re number is out of service. So I went on the LIDS website and the chat now gives you an error and then I called the hotline it’s only to discuss orders new or already placed I waited 1 hour 45 mins for a call back.This is by far the worst customer experience, no accountability, you’ve lost a customer of many years LIDS & Jersey City.

I would like to give more stars than three but unfortunately due to the lack of apparel for MY favourite team i have to knock off two stars. The staff member i dealt with was helpful.

The mall and website say they are open but the seem to have their own hours that aren’t posted anywhere. Will shop somewhere else.

What a great place to get your team apparel! I got a Jays hat with my favourite player's signature, # and position! So awesome!

This is a small store that has alot packed into it. If you would would like to sport your team logo this is the place. Some staff are more helpful the others.
