I needed to replace my roof deck after the original one was demolished for reroofing last year. Andy did an amazing job of looking over the plans, coming up with a timetable, and discussing strategies for modifications. They also put up new siding and resolved some water infiltration problems I'd had on the vestibule that opens onto the roof. The result is beautiful and watertight.MBS was friendly, efficient and professional from start to finish. I value this company for the quality of their work, and their complete honesty and transparency. It was pleasant to have Andy and Dietrich here. Although the roof deck is mine, I live in a coprop and my co-owners were also impressed by the courtesy of MBS and the care they took not to disturb their properties.
