Duty Free Americas - Niagara Falls Rainbow Bridge Plaza

I couldn't find anything that would tempt me to buy. It might be bargain shopping for Canadians but us Americans find better bargains locally.It was fun to go through the store and see so many items that are unrelated being sold in one space. Enjoyed watching the Canadians buying up the store.

Worth stopping here, especially if there is a long line to cross the border. Public restrooms available and great views of the falls from the parking lot! Keep in mind that you have to cross the border directly after purchase (your items are given to you once you are ready to drive across the border). Good selection, but not the best prices for all items. For some items, the airport shops have better prices.

I took a non duty free dump in their restroom

Small with lots of options. Staff was great as they were very informative and will warn you if you dont have 48hrs stay, you might have to pay.

Hellooo!! I just wanted to take a quick look but the teenager at the register started asking questions like if I was going to cross the border, if I have a car, if saw a sing!! Well just left ten seconds after. No patience for unprofessional employees!!

Stopped here to buy some alcohol, but it was appearantly, the guy who is actually a manger, it seems was not happy being there.He was constantly rude to every customer (2 before my turn). He was rude a lady in front of me when she asked for a refund, no explanation or nothing, straight off just being condescending to her in a loud voice.When my turn came in, the anger on his face and no greeting at all so me being polite, asked how's your day going? No response. I thought he didn't hear me. So I asked again, are you having a good day so far? Literally no response again for my question and with an angry face, he's like what you need?At this point I lost it and I just said nope I don't want to give my business to you and I left. And guess what, you bet, I am never going there again.

Not sure if it sells electronic intensive eg IPhones ? Or is there an apple shop nearby.Also for people on a day trip from Canada to Niagara Falls can pick up and return to Canada?Any advice would be helpful. Thanks

Don't have a good selection and the prices are too expensive

Some bright idiot decided, that 8 pm on Sunday, is perfect time to close the store (same in Buffalo). Does it suggest, that Duty Free is slowly going out of business?

The ice-wine is a very good deal.Good stop for washroom before lining up your car for border customs.
