My absolute favourite beauty spa in Vancouver! I’ve been seeing her for my facial regularly for the past 6+ years, and I’ve tried many of the skincare services/products available on their menu, and I’m never disappointed. She’s super professional and friendly. The spa is always so clean and organized. I’ve recommended so many friends and family to here already :)

Booked a last minute facial for my mother and I as we were visiting Vancouver. The shop was very accommodating and fit us in right away. I was very pleased with the basic facial care and pore cleansing, we also received a complementary arm massage and heat treatment. I would highly recommend this shop, and if I were a local I would have definitely been a regular!

I’ve been going to them for years. The owner Susan is very attentive and knowledgeable. She’s very good at identifying my concerns and always suggests the best solution that works for my skin and body. I can always trust her to find the most cost effective way to give me the look I want. As a dancer, I’ve gone to her for some last minute miracle slim-downs and she always delivered! All her staff are professional and easy to talk to. I haven’t gone to anyone else for my beauty treatments ever since I’ve met Susan, she’s well worth the 40 mins drive for me.

This spa is located in Richmond, near Aberdeen center, in a square nearby, it’s definitely a very convenient and accessible spot. I've been there quite a few times when the owner Susan first started her beauty career, back then, she was still home-based. She has been super attentive and hardworking from the very beginning to now, the spa opening is a proof of all that hard work and her achievement over the years.As a customer and friend, I know a little bit of Susan’s background, she is a beauty industry professional who graduated from Blanche Macdonald Centre many years ago, and has continuously furthered her studies over the years with different professional institute.She’s good at what she does and always gives reasonable suggestions for your skin problems and doesn’t hard sell anything to her customers. I personally trust her to offer the most suitable solution to all my concerns. Over the years I know she has gained high reputation with her work ethics and professional skills, I definitely recommend everyone who has skin or body concerns to give this spa a try, you won’t regret it.

I did my hair spa here with Ginger. The experience was awesome. She was very friendly and through her service, I had a pleasant 1st time experience here. Hair spa is a must try! Through hand and electrical massaging, it was so relaxing. I was not given any pressure to purchase anything. The owner is also very generous, the products they use at the Spa are high-end high quality brands that can be seen at Holt Renfrew and such. I also love the warm cozy pink atmosphere.

I have been going to Grace's many times had only positive experience! Susan is hands down the best. She is very caring and experienced and very knowledgeable . She will not push you to other services that you dont need. And the price is right. Love the result every time and I will keep going back to her. Highly recommend!
