I understood that my Samsung S21 screen was broken and it was going to cost around $370 to repair. I got a call back about 5 minutes after leaving the store and was advised that, in fact, it was only my screen protector that was broken. I greatly appreciate the store owners honesty in the circumstances. He lost a sale but gained a customer for life and a positive Google review. Thanks.

Brilliant Service! My laptop failed and I took it in at 10 minutes before closing. No problem and response the next day - it was only my charger, laptop was fine. Laptop issue diagnosed, recharged and options to replace outlined - all for NO CHARGE. Will definitely use again - couldn't be more accommodating.

Clerk is an honest man! He told me my laptop’s touch screen was shot and that I a new one would cost $250 for that part. He pretty much told me you’re better off getting a new laptop. I was pretty sad because of the cost, but I appreciate his honesty! Definitely recommend going here for any tech related problems!

U break I fix now mobile Klink,I took my phone into ubreak I fix in Milton the girl replaced the screen on my phone....the screen wasn't broken to begin with she charged me $350.00 for the repair.well my phone cramped out the next day with the same issue.i went back but they changed to mobile Klink.and now want another $200.00+ to repair the original issue.and they won't take into account that I payed $350

Arrived at the Trafalgar branch at 9:50 am for the 10 am opening. The branch didn’t open until 10:12am. When I went into the store nobody was at the counter. A voice from the back shouted they’d be out in a few minutes. They weren’t.I’d booked an appointment online to repair my iPhone at 10am. Really poor customer service to then leave us standing there for a further 5-10 mins without even coming to the counter to acknowledge us. I left without seeing the person who works there.
