Before you sign any contracts with Verdun please make sure Cynthia is NOT your install coordinator! She is the absolute worst!If you reach out to her, expect 4-5 days to get a response and the response won’t include any answers to your questions.If she tells you everything will be installed in 3 weeks time, expect to wait over a year.If she tells you your front door is ready (after a year of delays/ excuses) don’t expect her to set you as a priority for the install. The “best she can do” is give you a random day in two month’s time and if that doesn’t work for you, too bad! wait some more…I spent $42,000 to get all my doors and windows replaced at my house and had I known this was going to be the after sales support, I never would have signed.

They are the worst company to deal with. If it wasn't for the disrespectful attitude of their employee I would have given a bit more stars, because the manager at least tried" to take charge and correct some of their mistake

We got quote through lots of companies and finally decided to go with verdun(St-Charles). The sales person was very helpful and the Installers were Amazing. They came on time and completed the work as we expected. I will 100% recommend this.

I made an appointment with them to get a quote. I called the office and got a call back from a rep I asked him what date and time would work best for him. I cleared my scedual for that day and an hour before the appointment he called and canceled. He said he would make time the day after so i cleared my appointments to make time to be home and he did not show up or call. Weeks later i still have not had even a call.

Chantal was absolutely amazing! She came to measure my windows and sent me a quote after. She applied all the discounts offered by the manufacturer so I didn't have to bargain at all. She kept my needs a priority. Went to the showroom to check out all the doors and windows she put in her quote, as well the door handle and door bell. I was extremely pleased with her choice. She didn't try to sell me the most expensive items in the store , instead she picked the ones that looked the best with the frosted glass door. I signed the contract right of way. I had visited another company also but they were more expensive and gave less warranty on their windows and doors, plus the salesman was very pushy. Chantal was very kind and friendly. I'm so glad I picked her to do business with. I had my windows installed last week. The guys arrived at the promised time. They worked very hard, from 7:40am to 4:45pm, only stopping literally for 10 mins to eat in their car. I was very impressed with their work. I highly recommend this company! Visited the store to shop for a new front door.The gentleman sitting at the desk didn't even look up to say anything ( was too busy on his phone)After we walked around we went up to the counter and waited several minutes ....with again no acknowledgement of our presence Walked right out .Ps. We were the only customers in the store

They quoted the job in February and about 2 weeks ago the installation was done. All they were missing to get a 5 star review was the latching hardware on the patio door. They didn't have it and promised to come back soon with the right hardware. After a dozen calls and unfulfilled promises, I am still unable to lock my door without the appropriate hardware.Consider for a moment what this says about a company... such a small but important detail that they are unable to fulfill and the resulting loss of business for what is essentially 10 dollars worth of hardware and 10 minutes worth of labor. Never again will I deal with this unresponsive and clearly irresponsible company.

Great and staff! Installers were fantastic! Quick efficient and highly skilled. They were meticulous and extremely friendly and tentative!Definitely worth a look for your next project!

Very disappointed with the after service. We purchased two doors from the West Island location . Everything went fine , with the sale. The after sales experience was a nightmare. Keeping it simple and short. I called the store and needed a nrcan number to appear on my invoice, in order to prove that door that I purchased was an energy star door. The salesman basically had no patience with me, he sent me a nrcan number separately, not appearing on my invoice. When I tried to explain to him that didn’t work for me, he brushed me off . He replied to me “ I have customers waiting for me, I don’t have time for this” so what was I , am I not a customer. Obviously once they took my money , they don’t care about me anymore. Will never purchase an other product from any of their stores. Very disappointed.

I can not express enough my appreciation for the service and the end result I got. I worked with Michel Blanchette at West Island and he was amazing. Punctual, professional and accomodating to all my questions and requests. I wanted my windows to be installed in 1 day and this was not originally planned from the company. Michel immediately addressed the issue and the installation manager called me to inform me what they were going to do to accomdate my request. The big day arrived.....and Peter and his installation team did a remarkable work...organised, clean, efficient and again accomodating to addressing an important and unanticipated technical issue. My money was very well spent...and hopefully the windows who look great will prove their quality in the long term. Thank you Michel and Peter and may other customers have the pleasure of working with you and the company that you so well represented in my project.
