I highly recommend Closed Casket Tattoos to anyone looking for an incredible experience. I’ve had a total of 7 pieces done there mostly by artist James Bond, and one piece done by Rosey Budd. I am thrilled with every tattoo I have had done there. The artists have worked hard to collaborate with me and bring my ideas to life.Their shop is incredibly welcoming and professional. All of my question are always answered promptly and they have been incredibly accommodating. Their shop manager Matt is a great guy, his communications via emails are always answered in a timely manner, and he always makes me feel at home when I’m there.The artists are all top notch, the shop is clean, and the atmosphere is dope. If you’re looking to get tattooed, this is the place to go in Durham Region.

The best tattoo environment. Everyone is so welcoming, so funny and just amazing. The process is great from emailing your ideas and meeting with an artist for consultation and then booking your appointment. This is a great way to have your ideas and wants heard. It also ensures it's the right type of artist for your wants.My go to is Hannah (Queenie bee) and she's so kind and talented. She always takes my ideas and makes them even more wonderful and unique. I got my first ever tattoo today and it was such an amazing experience. Right when you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile and knowledgeable staff. Kirst was amazing she is seriously so incredibly talented! It also didn’t hurt that she was hilarious and so personable. I’m already planning my next tattoo in my mind haha! Highly recommend

From beginning to end Closed Casked provided a phenomenal experience. Matt handles all of the bookings etc. and was so great to communicate with. He is always on point and super cheerful. Emma is an amazing human and I am in love with my new piece! Running to book another session immediately. Highly recommend.

Very clean, great aatmosphere, and kind and professional staff. 4 of us showed up because we wanted matching tattoos oh a whim and luckily Hannah was available to fit us in right away! She did amazing work and was so lovely, all our tattoos turned out perfect! Matt at the front was super nice and made us comfortable while we waited for our turn! If I didn’t live in Alberta I would definitely be back!

Kirst has done 2 pieces for me. Stellar work, fair pricing for the quality and detail in the tattoos. The shop is clean and well laid out. 10/10 would recommend!

This tattoo shop is amazing. Especially Kirst (inkbykirst) I’ve had almost a full arm sleeve done by her and her work is phenomenal. The shop is always spotless and the other artists and receptionist are really chill and nice. Highly recommend.
