Absolutely amazing! two words to describe the entire experience at the dealership. First up, you need to get hold of Pierre to get your vehicle, he's the man! Straightforward and honest, even during the test drive, he wanted us to understand the full potential of the vehicle, and didn't ask us to hold back while poked, prodded and pushed the vehicle, including testing the child car seat. Excellent experience, definitely recommend. Just ask for Pierre when you call or go there!

I had my Range Rover detailed at the dealership. Who gets his vehicle detailed at a car dealership you ask? Well, I did, and I was damn impressed. These fellas run a tight ship. The service advisor, James, Jason and Gord are outstanding people, they will look out for your best interest. This is a wonderful dealership, now located in their new building. Your vehicle will be in excellent hands there. Kudos!

This was likely the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I brought my Range Rover in for repairs in early September of 2022.... I only got my car back in May of 2023. The problem was misdiagnosed and its severity inflated beyond belief. Parts on back order made the experience drag out for 7 months. The communication was poor. The red flag should have been the refusal to communicate or put anything in writing in spite of me stating it was my preferred method of contact because I can't take phone calls while at work. The communication was so poor they handed me a bill worth more than $10,000 without actually fixing the problem I had originally approved for repairs and that issue was covered by extended warranty. The refusal to complete repairs while insisting I pick up my vehicle was baffling. The bill was incorrect.. It was only resolved with a report to Corporate Land Rover North America, a report to the Better Business Bureau, and intervention by the GM. There was one service manager rep that was particularly rude and the unprofessionalism by that person in particular was absurd. All this to say, I took my car elsewhere once settling on a more reasonable bill to complete the repairs and then some. The experience was night and day. Not every dealership is created equal on this luxury vehicle. You should know that it is franchised and the other Ottawa dealership is immensely better.

Had a great experience purchasing a corporate vehicle. The sales representative (Dan Herman) and finance manager (Steve) were super knowledgeable, very attentive and responsive. They had alI the answers to my questions about how to purchase and register a vehicle for my business. Honestly, I've been to other dealerships and never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle before. Once the paperwork was complete, they also provided a vehicle concierge (Carmen) who walked me through all the features, and even setup the apple play and Land Rover app before I left. They also gave me a gift package with awesome swag. Just wanted to let others know!
