**Addition to post below, as of August 8th/18, in response to P4S reply to my review...Dear P4S, I made a point of stating in my review below, that I do not want a reply from you to my post and stated why. So it is very frustrating that you are not listening. On top of that, you have given me the same information in this reply as through our previous conversations through your customer service centre on the issues I described below. I hear your explanation and your apology; but I don't care for them at this stage, also, it's repetitive to how you addressed me during our email communications. It seems as though your reply below is only to appear to other viewers as doing your due-diligence. But is insincere. Is too bad.*I do not wish to receive a response from P4S. I had my concerns individually addressed through previous communication with you; no need for further. Thank you.1) In previous years study (prior to this year), when I would search rental listings on P4S, I would look up my institute (college), and then select campus location. Almost all ads would be for nearby locations to the campus; within a reasonable distance' radius. However now, I look up my campus, and it brings up rentals for other locations - other campuses. Most of them are very far away, in a different region. I have found this for over 80% of the listings for my school. It's been a waste of time to log in to find out the new ad you've been notified about is again not in location to your needed campus! P4S assured me this will not change back to the way it was. I know it's not just me, though, as having been in touch with other students while searching for roommates, it was mentioned that they're experiencing the same issue. It's too bad really.2) Many of the listings I've contacted have been rented already. Some have been on there months past the fact, but have not been taken down by owners, or updated to say rented". Not that this is a P4S issue though.3) The biggest has been discrimination from landlords to that of being a mature student. I have been told flat out by many that they are looking only to rent to college students right out of high school. From a couple of the places I've seen/contacted

This service offers nothing. There is so little to offer, that it's pointless.I am responsible mature student. I have been denied literally by hundreds of people from this site simply because I have a dog.Yet all the student houses get destroyed by the immature students they put in them.Also this service has no way of letting students report landlords or rate landlords. This service is for landlords not students. Landlords don't even get screened. This service cannot be trusted.

I was struggling with finding affordable housing in Toronto when I first came to Canada. A friend recommended Places4Students and I solved the problem in less then a week! The staffs are also super nice and helpful. I would recommend students and new grads to check the website for accommodations any time!

Staffs are very helpful and courteous. The best customer service so far.

Great customer service! Also has great resources and information for all on the website. Found it very easy to find a rental.

Deliberately put students at risk by listing properties that are owned by complete psychopaths, and have had many complaints made against them.
