Day 2 photo has been uploaded. From the photo, the “freshness” can be seen. Even though the delivery was dropped off at concierge while the receptionist simply placed it at the side counter which had no/minimal impact on the freshness of the flower. Anyways, the review wants to express the customer’s concern on the differences between the products shown on the website and actual product. Besides, the shop should definitely take a photo before the delivery in order to safe guard the mentioned freshness of their product or reputation.Day 1 : The flowers are not this fresh even on the day of delivery. The shop ranks amongst the top in the region; however the recipient was upset by the poor quality of the flowers received on birthday.

I ordered 5 mini bouquets for my girlfriends for the International Women's Day. Merry really brought my vision to life. Flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had imagined. She did an amazing job and I would recommend her to everyone!Thank you very much!!

Highly recommend Flamingo Floral & Gifts. I've placed two online orders and two in-person orders for Mother's Day & birthday gifts. All of which were beautiful arrangements with high quality flowers. The customer service here is also excellent. Mary was super helpful in ensuring my arrangements were exactly what I needed given the occasion and budget.

I purchased a premium package of flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day. The package arrived as requested with the card. The arrangement was well done, but the flowers looked like they were dying. The sides were brown and looked singed. Would not recommend especially because we paid extra for premium package and got less than quality roses.

Didn't know that you have to call ahead to place an order for a big bouquet of flowers for my fiancée bridal shower. It was a Sunday and all the florists were either closed or closing within an hour! Spoke with the owner who told me not to stress and that he will make me a lovely bouquet even tho he was suppose to close within an hour. He stayed two hours past closing to help me out!! I highly recommend this store, great service and very kind people. I will definitely be going back!

I ordered an arrangement for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day, since we could not visit in person this year. Placing an online order was easy and straightforward. The arrangement arrived on Mother's Day as expected. The flowers were lovely and looked fresh and healthy! The roses in the arrangement were particularly nice. I'm happy to have found a good quality and reliable florist nearby!

Great experience during a difficult time. They were very helpful in putting together a sympathy arrangement and were very respectful of keeping in budget. Very friendly and offered several suggestions making the whole process easy and enjoyable. I was so pleased with the first arrangement I went back the next day to order a other one.
