Harvest Corporation
I've enquired a few times on items posted on their website only to find they are not available. I've only experienced exceptionally poor customer service. They say they will call back yet never do. I avoid them now. I ended up buying ABS and it was affordable and works great. I figured, If this is how they are now I assume it would be a nightmare if I purchased and something went wrong. I am not fooled by the positive reviews. There is something wrong when they are glowing reports mixed really bad ones

I have been dealing with Harvest for over 3 years now and had nothing but positive experience. They are professional and timely, both in service and repair departments. Definitely recommend for anything baking related.

How I can say it ? It takes over 3 months now without fixing my oven, The oven Sveba Dahlen cost us around $30K, with one transform broken($10 value) their factory force me to pay whole panel for replacement cost around 2K , when you guys thinking about purchasing the equipment, you should find a authorized supplier whom have a good customer service. The oven has only have one year warranty , beware about this, just buy local or us brand, I will not purchas any of my Equipmemt from here at all.
