Enterprise Rent-A-Car
When I booked it was simple and very easy to book a car, in addition when I went to pick up the car, there was no harassment or forceful up selling. I was shown the car and was asked to check it and I was asked if I need any intro for the working of the car.Later I needed to extend the rental one extra day, all I needed to do is to talk to the manager (Daniel) who was very courteous and made it an easy task. When returning the car, I was greeted with a smile and everything went easy. I love enterprise and would highly recommend them.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
The staff is very efficient and the car was fantastic. However, if one is not from Toronto - good luck finding the place on a weekend. the location shows 200 Front Street W. That may be the street / mailing address, but good luck getting there on the weekend. All the doors to that building on Front are closed. i called and was told the fire door on Front St. would be open. It was not. Had to figure it out on my own. From 200 Front St. W. Walk east on front 1/2 block to Simcoe, take a left on Simcoe and their entrance is just after the Italian restaurant Scaddabush.

Friendly employees and easy renting experience. Great cars. Karan really helped me out with a good upgrade when they didn't have the class I ordered. Quick return process. I bought the pre-paid fuel but learnt later that they tax the price and it becomes higher than pump prices. Also I ended up returning the car with a quarter tank of gas and they didn't give me fuel credit. But maybe that was my bad. I wouldn't take prepaid fuel next time. Doesn't seem to be a good deal.Ps. The main office is on the ground level not concourse. The building is under renovation so it can be a bit difficult to locate the store inside.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I made an reservation two days before my pick up but when i got there, they have no available car for me. The guy tried to ask for other branches if they available vehicle but sadly they don’t. I understand that sometimes it get busy but what’s the point of having a reservation if they don’t reserved any car me. I’m just visiting toronto and i wasted more than an hour of my time. First time experiencing this kind of thing at enterprise.

Overnight Returns here are great. But beware, their penny pitchers here. Don’t expect any free upgrade and if it’s not exactly at the same gas level, they’ll charge you. Of course when you bring it back with more gas it’s not like you get any credits. Literally a millimetre or two under what it was when I returned it ($5 max) they charge me 15$, what a joke.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Over the years I’ve had nothing but a good experience at this location, till early 2023. Lately I find the associates at the desks rude and not helpful. Stark contrast to how it used to be before . And the vehicle I received came with faulty software which almost led to safety issues multiple times in a long drive. My trip. Would rent with AVIS or another Enterprise location in the future.
