StoneHaven Le Manoir Relais & Châteaux

Service is really exceptional (6 stars!).Food is exquisite and not expensive for the quality, prepared by famous chef (both dinner and breakfast are really excellent - vegetarian options are limited on menu but could be prepared for us).Very nice, quiet decor, comfortable bar.Electric charging on site, free of charge (45km/h).

We were biking through on the Petite Train du Nord and decided to splurge and stay the night at the StoneHaven. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel and our room was very nice. The views from the hotel were magnificent and the grounds were beautiful. Our breakfast on the veranda was gourmet. Although pricey, highly recommend the StoneHaven.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are very courteous and attentive, the facilities are impeccable and the food is just sumptuous and bonus, locally sourced. Precautions during the pandemic are on point.All the best for the season, keep up the good work Caroline, Richard, Guy, Joane and the rest of the team!

They just lost clients.Fancy food and excellent+++service in the restaurant, that was perfect part.However, they refused us access to the gardens and pool area at check out, st 11 am!We travel extensively in 4 and 5 star hotels all over the world and this is simply incredible, unheard for a Relais & Chateau.We politely asked to relax in the garden to maybe have a last drink, a swim and chill! No!!! Instead, they offered an historic tour of the place instead!The people at the reception desk do not really know what the word service means at this level.To have stayed a couple of hours more with our check out done and luggage out of the room before noon was in no way a problem, your check ins are at 4pm.Although the restaurant was superb, we will not be back to lodge.

Great Laurentian getaway for any season!The building is a great mansion, maintained beautifully and recently restored to its old classic appearance with antique furniture.The staff is super helpful and kind, breakfast is included from a set menu and a buffet.They run activities around the day, so you can either stay in or explore the outdoors.Rooms are spacious and include all of the modern features.Food selection and bar are very good and relatively wide for a property like this.The biggest advantage are the lounge areas, which occupy most of the ground floor and really allow some relaxation and socialization.

Outstanding services in an historic building, at a magnificent setting in the Laurentian's. Still working towards perfecting the restoration started a few years ago. Refined meals at the dining room with views on the lake. A bit pricy but worth it.

We had a little British-like tea time for our early Valentines and it was very romantic. A live backround piano playing , fine china silverware and little delicacies to munch in on.

Our first time here. It was an amazing place! The staff were very friendly, the dinner was delicious! The building and grounds are looked after impeccably. Our room was perfect! Highly recommend! We hope to be back.

It’s a gorgeous property with an elegant charm throughout. The service is 11/10. From the second you open the front door, people are literally running to help you in any capacity. The pool area is gorgeous and they also serve food and cocktails outside. I’d like to give an extra special shout out to Juliette who went above and beyond in ensuring that we had the best time possible.
