Excellent food! The service is indeed slow, but I find that happens in all B & F restaurants, maybe because they freshly prepare their food. Very crispy bacons and fries! Love their chewy crepes, and nice to have refreshing apple sauce!

No issues to talk about. We came a little late and I was worried about the kitchen being closed. But they were happy to serve us! Which I really appreciated the breakfast poutine was great. Thanks for the great service.

Friday December 16 2022 1030amRight from the beginning we were greated by someone quite cold and uninviting and our waitress was neutral, not pleasant but not rude. The staff that was working clearly hate their jobs, or that is the impression I got sitting there.The food was beyond boring and tasteless. I don't plan on ever going back.

It is an extremely busy restaurant, so expect to wait than usual. Overall, food is good and service is also cozy. Good menu selection.

I always receive great service from the friendly , attentive staff. The restaurant is kept sparkling clean and the food prepared with care. Marie-Claude, Fannie and Linda take excellent care of customers. This restaurant enjoys many regular and repeat customers.

Horrible service, our waitress had dark hair and was very unpleasant. It clearly looked like she doesn't enjoy her job or customer service. Had to ask for a kids menu as she didn't even bring one, I asked for tea she walked off without even asking what kind so I had to ask for a different kind when she brought it to the table which she looked really annoyed. Didn't even offer water or come check on us once. Everytime I come and she is our waitress I am severely disappointed and makes me not want to eat here anymore!! UPDATE: wrote to the company at the address below and got NO reply!!! They tell you publicly to reach out but don't answer.......great customer service.

Awful Service and food. Our waitress Sonia never smiled at us nor made us feel welcomed. We ordered 3 of the banana chocolate crepe combos and a french toast plate, all of the crepes were just pancakes folded in half with a few bananas and very stingy on chocolate, they were cold and dry, eggs and meat were cold too. My mom found a long black hair in her food, the waitress took our plates and waited 20 minutes before asking us if we want them to redo our plates. We said yes and when the plates came back, they were all cold once again. My mom’s breakfast poutine had no cheese, my bacon was still raw and so was my friend’s french toast. When we told the waitress she sighed at us and acted as if it was an inconvenience. We also had to get her attention somehow because she never came to check on us to see if everything was okay. Overall awful place with awful food and service, never come here.

We went for the first time a couple of weeks ago,in Pincourt, and the service and food was excellent! The waitress, LINDA, did everything before we even asked,, and was very pleasant. Refills of coffee before even empty! The prices are the same as anywhere else, just a classier place. Highly recommend this place!

Food is ok, nothing great but not awful either. The service can be horrible, once I waited good 15min to pay my bill after my table was cleaned. Staff can come across rude.Recently I ordered takeout, parts of order was wrong, and my avocado sandwich looked days old, not appetising at all. I’ve ordered for takeout avocado in sandwiches and salads before, never seen it look that disgusting.

I was there for a breakfast... I ordered a plate with sunny side down eggs... but they arrived unkoocked...it was a long wait and I was so hungry, so I ate the rest. I have an uncorfortable impression about the waitress, she looks not so happy" when we speak english... it's her problem. By the way
