The service and the quality of the product (chair lift) of this company was second to none. From the outset, the marketing was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The installation and removal were done very professionally. We could not be happier, and for my mother, who used the chair lift every day, it was an enormous relief and joy to use. Thank you to all.

I cannot believe this is what the company did to our recent purchase. We just recently purchase a wheelchair for my father. The company charged over $5000 and pre collected the 1st month and the 2nd month of lease payment in advance. We made the full purchase payment at the middle of the 2nd month based on the communication from the salesman that they will refund 50% of the 2nd pre collected lease payment since the ownership was changed from lease to purchase. However, they rejected to refund us after they received the whole payment. When I asked them to honor their own salesman word, they rejected. When I asked them to refund my money back and continue to lease as they already charged us, they also rejected and stated this was considered as final purchase. What a self-conflict joke. I hope everyone who read my message here will think carefully when you decide to do business with them. I will never do any business with such a company without honesty and integrity. In addition, I will report this company to Business Bureau and Revenue Canada about their rental policy to avoid double charge to other customers. I am a designated accountant holding 3 licenses(CPA/CGA/CMA), and I am responsible for every word I write here.

HME installed a Bruno Elite Curved Stairlift for us. Our sales rep Gavin was friendly and helpful in providing information about each model and its features. He would follow up on any concerns and is pleasant to work with. On the day of installation, Jay and his team was punctual, professional and efficient in setting up the stairlift. Everything went smoothly and Jay was very patient in explaining the workings of the stairlift. Overall we had a good experience with their team.

Gavin at HME Mobility provided us with great service when recently ordering a stairlift. Gavin came out the same day I called to take measurements and place the order for us. The technicians who installed the stairlift did a very professional job with the installation and wiring is very neat. They patiently explained how to operate and maintain it. Much appreciated and would highly recommend this group.

This review is supposed to be only ONE star. I had a very polite Sales Person Gavin that came to my house. I have discussed with him what are my needs and how I would like the Chair Lift accessing at each level. Most importantly, as my ground floor has very limited space, my request was to stop the chair on the first step. However, on the installation day, I realized chair access points were not as discussed and the track extended to the ground floor which left not much space for people to pass. The installers Jake and Jay were very professional. They took new measurement on the ground floor and feedback to the company. But what came the next 3 weeks was a blaming game which the Sales Person wanted me to pay up more money for the modification. I didn’t agree as it was supposed to be like that in the first place. I was finally told that if I didn’t want to pay, then my installation will not come with any warranty at all. With not much choices, I agreed to the new arrangement with lots of anxiety. On the final installation day, everything went smoothly. Because of the wrong stopping position at which level, Jake initiated to come back to re-adjust the entire track so that chair could be closer to the floor and will install 4 handle bars to make sitting and getting up safer without any charges. Today, Jay came back with his team to complete everything they promised. I am very happy with their workmanship and due care. Many thanks to Jake and Jay.

These people are not professional when you leave a message. Bought a mattress off them and was dealing with Gavin. After I paid for the mattress I left a message to inquirer about a lifting sling. No return call. Then I was told the mattress would take one month so I waited forty days before I phoned them. The assistant manager Gavin did not return my call. I then called to speak to the manager and no call back. Once they have your money they don’t seam to care about you. Phoned the neck day and reception was not great but did say my mattress would be there that day. I phoned back at 4 pm and she put me on to the delivery man. He told me he had too much to deliver and would get it in the morning.Phoned Gavin and could not leave a message on his phone. When you’re dealing with this company get it in writing so they can’t get out of what they say.

Great service and very professional. Wayne visited my parents home the next day after my initial phone call and presented all stairlift options to us. When we were ready for the installation, the installer came the next day and he too was very professional. He was efficient, tidy, and overall very pleasant. I would highly recommend HME Home Health.

I purchased a chair lift for my parents and right from the start I have been very impressed with my dealings with HME, particularly with Matt Hodgins who is one of their sales consultants and has been my “go to” person. Always available to answer my questions. Matt and the technicians are professional, friendly, and responsive. Turn around time for the assessment, installation and maintenance (following Covid protocols) was done quickly. I can’t say enough of the amazing customer service HME has provided so far! Rarely do I give reviews but this is an exception. I have progressive MS and suffered a compression fracture of my spine. I was unable to safely get out of bed and required a lift installed immediately. I called HME at 10 am with my crisis and they had Wayne deliver and install the lift during his lunch break.HME was busy but they showed five star compassion and outstanding service.
