Great local business! Phoned regarding my faulty washing machine. Were able to give an idea of what to look out for and found some faulty brushes. Removed them and brought them down to the shop and a replacement found there and then. Refitted new brushes and washing machine working as good as new! Support local and phone this shop if you’ve any questions. Very helpful.

Didn't turn up then when I rang to ask she said they had been out and cheekily said did you not listen to your messages which I had none. Wouldn't come back out. I was in all day waiting. However I telephoned Steven who has moved to other shop, he came out within 2 hours and was great. Tumble dryer now fixed. Just replying you did not call me as I had no missed calls and no one came out. So why say after 2nd visit.

I recently bought a Dyson V6 refurbished cordless vacuum cleaner. Came with 3 month warranty, crevice tool. Working great, staff were amazing, explained how it worked, let me try it in shop. Didn't pressure me. Would highly recommend. Thanks Michelle.

Honestly this shop is the best, helped me out and I really recommend the shop, to repairs cleaning stuff and even gothic products and the shop cheaper is really nice, I will go back again.

Called for inspection of a washing m/c fault. Fast response, professional and reasonably priced. Finally unrepairable but offered alternative solutions. Would certainly use again.

I booked a call out and Friday and the man came and sorted my Zanussi dishwasher on Monday. He removed and cleared the pump and got things working again for the cost of the call out charge. He was very knowledgeable and professional. All in all a great service experience. I would definitely recommend and use again myself.
