It’s pretty bad when sales reps need to give five star reviews of the company they work for, I dealt with Karen Nash. Her tone and overall conduct was awful through the process. Ended up going with a different coffee service provider.

This place is the worst office coffee provider. The machines they have provided are the worst, they are constantly leaking, or broken.As you can see in the Photo, VanHoutte now has a Montreal based call centre for service. They are EXTREMELY rude, and state that service calls will be acknowledged within 48 hours. Starbucks kindly provided us with coffee while vanhoutte makes arrangements to pick up their machines. (They already sent a guy who said they were to heavy).Do not use these guys for office coffee. Never ever ever.

Just a poorly run company, when a company has to have their sales rep’s (Guylaine Chrystian, Rep) spouse (Eldon Chrystian) write a review instead of fixing the issues that tells you just how bad things actually are.I’d give them a 0/5 if I could.

Called to make an order, talked to customer service. The lady that picked up the phone asked for my customer number. I didn't have it handy, so she responded with That's great."I don't appreciate that kind of attitude
