Honestly, I don't know where to start so I’ll keep it short don't you ever, ever ever, ever ever go to this place. She is rude, dishonest, unreliable and discourteous. You've been warned!!!!! Oh by the way she didn't clean the one piece of item I needed her too. Gave her ample time but still no results.

All I can say is great service, great prices compared to downtown. Got a few shirts tailored there and I can't complain at all. Also did some dry cleaning super cheap! Highly recommended if you're in the area.

I had a wonderful experience whenever I visit J B Cleaner & Tailors for my needs. They are commited to serving each customer with care and keep their scheduled deadlines and promises. The lady who runs the business is very polite and understanding. The service is fast and prices are very reasonable. If you're looking for an affordable cleaner and tailor in the downtown area, this is the place to go to.

Very unprofessional customer service! Alterations were dropped off in early May and given a pick up date 2 weeks later (only a few items to be shortened )Arrived on pick up date and clothes were not ready. Be warned they have very limited store hours and days open!! Went to pick up a few weeks later sign on door-closedJune1-19 There was no advance phone call advising about vacation closure or about clothes not ready on first pick up date . Extremely frustrating!!!

Came here to get the sleeves of some shirts shortened. It was about $8 per shirt so it's very inexpensive. Also, the lady is very attentive, friendly, and honest. I will be coming back for all my future tailoring and cleaning needs.

I was recommended JB Cleaners & Tailors by a few different neighbours when I was looking for someone to repair a bridesmaid dress my mom wore in the late 1970s. It was a really sentimental piece of clothing for me and they treated it with great care, and quickly! Will definitely be back for any more tailoring needs in the future.

I send my winter jacket to the store 2weeks ago and today is the day to pick up so I called the store but the staff told me that they didn’t do anything for my winter jacket and she knew about that on Wednesday but she didn’t call me and let me know because she forgot... as a health worker during this time I have to say I don’t have lots of day off and if she told me that earlier or on time I would pick up on Wednesday not till I called in and ask.... I feel so the store irresponsible. Don’t recommend. Plus I saw they have high rate so I decided to send my jacket there but apparently....
