Ingonish Beach
The tides came to the beach and left with slushy sounds. Many cobblestones in the area, actually, everywhere. We lay on the stones and listened to the waves and wind along with sunshine. The graceful seabirds were diving into the ocean rapidly to catch fish. So elegant. Fun to stay and watch.

Ingonish Beach
The sound of the surf was the most unique and impressive I have ever heard. The rocks rolling back and clattering after each wave is exceptional.

Ingonish Beach
Went there in mi-may 2023. Not family friendly. There are mainly rocks and hardly any sand. Its dangerous to walk on the mountain of rocks with a baby. The north bay beach is way better.

FYI: Put the other Ingonish Beach as your destination in google maps. This one down Beach Crossing Road will lead you to some residential areas and only a roadside area to park your cars. Although a beautiful and tranquil location, I don’t think that the private homeowners in the area would want tourists to park right outside of their homes when there is a proper parking area at the Ingonish Beach just a few km away.

Stunning views. Beautiful sand. Picnic tables.We easily spent a few hours here before heading over to see the lodge.Awesome.

Ingonish Beach
This beach has waves on the ocean side and warmth on the freshwater side. The view was amazing,the water clear and the sand was perfect for castle building.

Love this beach have a freshwater and saltwater Beach but the ocean took most of The Saltwater Beach but its really nice

Ingonish Beach
Clean beach with stunning views. Cold water for the peak summer. Good thing was not crowded at all when we went there. It was in the morning and it was on a week day so probably that could be the reason for not many people on the beach. There is a shower.
