Michael inspected an older home we are looking at purchasing this past weekend and we could not be any happier with his services. Bruce inspect a home we purchased recently. His knowledge and expertise was a great asset to assure us that we made the correct decision in purchasing the 1960s home. Bruce went through the home and gave us a full report of his results. He took the time to explain each action item and potential risk areas of the old home. We required a home inspection on short notice. Bruce accommodated our timescale and conducted a very thorough inspection of the entire house. He took the time to show me areas of concern as he went along (I.e. through infra-red and a water detector/measurer) and then walked me through his comprehensive report.
