We were in the area and happened to see the bakery so stopped by quickly without checking out the reviews...I wish I had.At first look inside, we were impressed with the good-looking selection of keto and gluten free choices.The person at the counter stayed on the phone the entire time, even as we asked for items behind the glass and while paying. The conversation on the phone seemed of a non-urgent personal nature. That seemed rude and unprofessional.We bought 3 different items - 1) butter tarts were delicious 2) the sausage roll had very little meat that was dry and crusty and the pastry was chewy and stale, I couldn't finish it 3) the eclaire filling was nice and creamy and just the right amount of sweet, but again the pastry was stale and hard, and as my son was enjoying the filling he suddenly hit a spot that tasted rotten, he couldn't finish it!Both pastries were not only very stale, but seemed like the pastry was over-worked to make it tough in the first place.

During what appeared to be the first major snow fall of winter, along with the falling of snow, so did my hope and dreams. Shattered, how you may ask? The same way the scone shattered in my hands as I tried to gently caress the dough to break into smaller, more succulent pieces.The white chocolate chips inside the stone" were nice though.Danish prolly a 3 outta 5 cause cream was reasonable.Lady serving us was super nice

This owner was super friendly and the dessert I bought - Turtle cheesecake- was really good. There are a lot of Keto friendly and Gluten-free options, but neither of those are my diet. I was looking for delicious looking loaves of bread or pizza dough, neither of which she had. I’ll be back to see if things change, though.

We ordered a chocolate keto friendly cake for my Mom’s birthday for options for everyone in the family. It was fresh, moist and very tasty. I would definitely recommend and the owner was very knowledgeable.

Came by to pick up a few different goods to bring to my parents for dinner. Not many things looked very appetizing but gave it a shot and ordered $60 worth of different things. Every single thing tasted like it was old or freezer burnt. Extremely disappointing! The inside has so much potential I’m not sure why the owners don’t take better care of their business. The lady working was wonderful with great customer services skills she is only reason why it got 2 stars ( other wise zero ). They should really make some changes as all the reviews seem to be the same.

Purchased a surprise" bag through "TooGoodToGo" which is an app which aims to rescue unsold food from local eateries and retailers. Received two very old pastries which were inedible - mushy

I didn’t directly deal with this bakery, my sister did but she just sent a photo of the cake and it looks amazing! We asked for a sitar cake and I was worried it would just merely be the shape of a sitar, but she decorated it so well! Can’t wait to try it and can’t wait to see my Dads face when he sees the cake! Thank you so much for going above and beyond the decoration!Update: The cake was beautiful in person but we were a bit wary of how diabetes-friendly" it was upon tasting it... The internal part of the cake may have been diabetes-friendly but the lather of icing (in part to decorate the cake) tasted extremely sugary... We didn't end up finishing the cake because of this reason. The taste was subpar for the price we paid. I'm sure the regular baked goods are amazing

If we could give this bakery zero stars we would. Last week we popped in and noticed the selection was limited but we decided to purchase some items. Everything bought was stale and tasteless. My co-worker called the owner to express his disappointment and initially she was willing to offer a refund on return of the products. Due to work we couldn’t make it back before the bakery closed that day. We called back and the owner became extremely defensive and aggressive on the phone. We lost $15 that day but want to share this review so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Do not visit this bakery.

A bit far from my house, but I was in the area - so I popped in!I got an Oreo cheesecake bar ($6) decent size, a little pricey, BUT super delicious. I would've liked the chocolate on top to be a little thinner, a bit overpowering, just personal preference. Would definitely get it again, or try something new if I'm in the area!Also, the lady there was so nice and friendly!

absolutely disgraceful! the food is horrifically bad its stale old gross and triple priced, its unbelievable. go see for yourself. disgusting things in freezer, nothing tastes good at all! all old and service is bad too. have no idea how they are still in business and who in their right mind would go here twice. beyond disappointing.just look at all the other bad reviews!
