I've visited this store many times to buy work boots and casual shoes. The prices are great, the staff are always friendly, and the quality of the product is fantastic!

Fritz's Shoes is the only place i go to purchase footwear for my family in Penticton. I know that Daniel and the team there, will find me the best product and fit for us. They have a great selection of men's and women, from workboots to sandals they have great quality products.

I rarely post reviews but feel the need to give a huge shout out to this business and specifically Logan who went above beyond to help us find the perfect pair of hikers for both my partner and I. It also doesn't hurt that the prices are amazing. Kudos!

Great service! A lot of stock and variety. Ended up buying 2 pairs of boots. The lady helping me was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The owner was very personable and kind.

I love the sandles I bought 3 years ago. They are still in fantastic condition and still get compliments to this day. I usually always wear my shoes out in a season.

From what I understand, this store is a family run business. This is the second time that I have purchased shoes from this store. My sister brought me in initially because I needed shoes a couple of years ago and that particular pair of hiking shoes has lasted very well but it was time to get a new set as they are starting to show signs of wear and I am moving to Thailand to live. It is really hard to get shoes in my size there so I picked up a new set to take with me.I actually held off until I could return to this store and the store is crammed with stock and good brands.Sometimes sizes are out but that is the supply chain. I had to change to a different brand to get my size but it wasn't an uphill battle at all, like in the chain stores in the big shopping malls.I thoroughly recommend this store, customer service is good, they have good brands and a decent stock.

Great shopping experience!! The staff were able to assist me to quickly see all the options that matched with the shoe I was looking for. Really great price for a quality leather shoe. I am very happy with my purchase and grateful for their help today . Their shopping environment made me feel comfortable with their COVID protocols in use.
