I went for a shave. Had to make an appointment and arrived on time. I was told that it would be just a few minutes so I ordered a Scotch from their extensive selection. While I waited the two girls at the front chatted with another customer. When that customer left, the one girl came over and asked if I was ready. So, she made me wait 10 minutes so she could talk to a customer!?! Not sure why that happened. Then I got my shave and when it was done, it wasn't near as close as what I have had in the past from others. For the price I paid, I was not happy. The good points, nice atmosphere, friendly people and excellent Scotch selection.

Honestly, I’ve been here a few times and I was absolutely happy with the service and cut! unfortunately this time around I had booked an appointment for 3 PM and left work at 2:45 to make sure I was there on time I arrive 10 minutes early and sat there for 45 minutes. Watched four guys come and go get their haircut and girls are sitting on their phones lollygagging and I ended up leaving because I’ve been away from work now for an hour. Yeah not happy with the service at all.

From photos and pricing expected a much nicer experience than I received. $35 dollars for regular haircut is quite an extortionate rate. Mackenzie was amicable but other staff seemed a bit unwelcoming.

This place was awesome till the prices got raised up insanely high 100$ for a men’s haircut without a tip even included in that . I never realized we lived in LA and could charge insane bougie prices lol . The girl that cuts my hair is awesome there . Service is awesome etc just the price is insane . From like 40$ a cut to a 100$ that’s insane .

I had a great experience here, my hair turned out incredible. I booked online easily, and was in and out in about 40 minutes. Great vibe, unique concept with the espresso bar. I’ll be coming back for sure!
