Kara is amazing!! She is so fun to work with and really makes the whole experience comfortable. My husband and I are in love with our photos!!!This review is a little late, but Kara also did our wedding ceremony pictures in July. They are complete perfection. We truly could not ask for a better person to work with! She was with us the entire day. She made everything so easy and fun! She's such a joy to be around. We will definitely go to Kara for any future photos!

Kara is amazing! We chose her to take our first ever family photos and she exceeded our expectations. She made the whole experience feel natural, fun and comfortable. As for the photos they turned out perfect and she captured real moments.

I love Kara's work! She captured so many personal and intimate moments during our homecoming without being intrusive. They are images I will always cherish.Kara has also done our family pictures and was FANTASTIC! She was amazing with my children. She had tricks and advice to keep them smiling and having fun throughout the entire session.There are many choices for photographers on the island, but Kara is one of the best. You will never be disappointed or dissatisfied with her work.

From our initial scheduling contact, to the day of shoot, Kara was so warm and inviting. She made my family feel like we were friends not just clients. Kara went above and beyond for my family's homecoming shoot. She stood in the cold, under rain, and during the very early hours of the morning with a smile on her face ready to do whatever it took capture that perfect shot. Kara Chappell is jus as amazing as her work!! I will forever be grateful for her and the breathtaking beautiful moments she captured for my family!

Kara really is an amazing photographer, who not only managed to charm all four of my children into smiling naturally, but captured it all in many photos! we have used her as our family photographer several times and simply love her work! she really feels like part of our family now and I cant recommend her enough!

(Review written by Romney) What can we say about Kara?! She is phenomenal. We've had the luxury of having Kara document our family twice. She is so talented and a joy to work with it. I have a 5 year old and a 2 year old and getting them to take photos is definitely a task. Somehow Kara manages to do it. They laugh, giggle and play. She captures these moments perfectly. Let' talk about her closet that you can borrow clothing from. So many cute dress options. Kara doesn't just offer timeless photos, she offers an experience from begging to end. My family will be leaving Whidbey Island in a short few weeks and I am so disappointed that we won't be able to take Kara with us. She has become a dear friend of ours!!

Just amazing - Kara is such a talent! We did a family shoot, and she was amazing with my children. Warm, kind, funny and gentle - which instantly put them at ease and it showed in her amazing photos.
