Work is good. Staff seem very honest. Prices are reasonable. No need to look anywhere else for a mechanic.

I went in to have one tire replaced and paid the day before and made an appointment. Next day i went into my appointment time and it was supposed to be half an hour job according them. After 3hrs waiting I found out the car never went in. And they offered refund. I waited a half day waiting and came home with no work done. How hard is it to replace one tire? I also asked if they could change one wheel lock changed and they quoted $120, I couldn’t believe their pricing. So we asked if that is real pricing, the guy went into shop and came up with $60 quote. Very sketchy.

Edit** I am updating my review and adding more stars as the owner contacted me. He said they would honor the warranty and apologized for the poor advice given to me when the service happened. He let me know that employee had been let go several months ago.I am disappointed as I got my AC recharged less than a year ago and again, it is not working. I was assured that there weren’t any leaks and that, and I quote, “AC is like pop, it just gets unfizzy and just needs to be topped up.” After reading the warranty on the back of my receipt, it had no mention of AC being an exception and I was sure I would fall into it as I am within 12 months and 20,000km. I called today and not only did they tell me it would not be fixed, but if I was to return it would be quite a bit more expensive to fix it again….

Brought my car in for pulsing brakes and a clicking/creaking sound when braking. They made repairs to the brakes and did some suspension work that I was happy to also have fixed. Got my car back but the clicking/creaking sound when braking wasn’t fixed. Brought it in a second time and they spent most of that appointment fixing something they had missed in the first appointment. My brake issue was still not fixed. Had to bring it back a THIRD time and they STILL couldn’t fix my initial problem. They offered to work on it a 4th time but had no promises the work suggested would fix my issue. I declined and am headed to a different shop. The only reason they didn’t get a 1 star review is that the staff was good to work with.

Our whole family has been coming to this business for almost 10 years now. They have helped us out in an emergency and pre-booked situation countless times. I have always felt that they provide honest and efficient service at a reasonable price; I have never felt that unnecessary work was done or suggested. Our family appreciates the Market Mall Automotive team's hard work and integrity! :)

Needed emergency brake and rotor replacements. The staff were very professional and got me I right away. Completed the replacements within 2 hours to get me back on the highway to get home. Can't thank them enough.

I've been taking my vehicles to Dennis, Jordan and co for years now based on my father's recommendation. They provide straightforward work, excellent service and always at a reasonable price; no extra work done to pad the bill, and they let me know if I honestly need work done and explain how it would go if so. Have recommended them to various friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Took my car in for a check up before a trip and they replaced a windshield wiper and said I was good to go. Now I can travel in peace.

Had my truck in for an alignment and it was a convenient shop to make arrangements with. The truck wasn’t fully aligned and I spoke with the owner and he was very friendly and quick to correct my concerns.Good small business.
