They were absolutely amazing! I needed a couple alterations on my bridesmaids dress on a VERY tight deadline and they did an amazing job and got everything done on time. A joy to work with and would recommend again

THEY SHRUNK MY WOOL JACKET!! Don't trust them with something that is irreplaceable.I'm so upset, it was my favourite jacket and I trusted them because they've been here forever and the ratings are so good. At first I noticed the pilling on the coat but I was willing to look past that, and then I tried it on and it was shrunk 2 sizes. The collar is pretty much non-existent, it barely fits my arms, and it's 20cm shorter than it used to be.They offered to try to stretch it out, and to my horror it was shrunk even more. I don't know if it's because it was a mix of 75% wool, 15% rabbit, 10% nylon but the tag was visible and they said they've worked with those materials before so I don't know what happened.I was refunded, but the loss still hurts. I'll be searching to replace it :(

The owner is so kind and the service was stellar. I needed a dress dry cleaned ASAP and he was able to do it on time! They also hemmed my dress and it came out great just what I wanted. Pricing is great too. Highly recommend!

CAME BACK WITH STAINS:(I’ve used their services a few times before and I’ve been very happy. Until recently, Ive been less than impress. Least to say, they don’t take accountability if something goes wrong. I brought several of my items to get dry cleaned and have spent over $100.I trusted them with my expensive brand name clothing but I ended up with disappointment. My white shirt came back with a coffee stain. It didn’t have any stain prior when I dropped it off but it came back dirty. The day I picked up my items, the lady owner talked to me about some stains can never be removed from dry clean.” This is weird because none of my items had stains prior to dropping off. And my previous items I’ve laundered to get dry cleaned before, I never had this talk from her or the husband. To say the least,I trusted their service and they tried to cover up their tracks by having this talk. Really cheeky of them. Don’t wait until this happens to you. You’re just going to have pointless argument with them. They will defend their shop that they’ve had perfect track records and they’ve had this business for a long time and they’ve never had a customer complain. I will never come back to this shop again. Thank goodness, mine was just a coffee stain and I was able to remove it. But what if something worst happens to you, think about it. The money you spent on expensive clothes ruined by getting dry cleaned for a few dollars. It’s not worth it.The way I see it, I could’ve washed it myself, save a few dollars, and save myself a hassle.

I needed patches on 2 jackets and a button up shirt rushed for my paramedic Rideouts, and the staff were extremely helpful and got it done in under 5 hours of first notice... THE place to go on Cambridge for all your clothing repair, dry cleaning or alteration needs

This was my first time bringing my pants to a tailor in order to get them shortened and skinnier. The owners made it extremely simple and was very kind throughout the entire process. I enjoyed my experience with them and I now know where to bring any clothes that I want altered in the future. Thank you once again for a very quick and quality service, especially how it was days earlier than the expected pickup date. My pants not only look like they were made for me, but they’re extremely comfortable and that’s exactly what I wanted. Once again, thank you!

I came here this week to drop off my prom dress and the owners were so kind. They really want to help you out to the best of their abilities. Then, a few days later I needed a last minute alteration to shorten some jeans to short length and once again, the owner came in clutch. I was able to drop them off at 10:30am and at 11:00am they were ready for me to take home right in time to start my shift at work. Reasonable pricing as well... definitely recommend this place, they won't let you down :)

This family owned business is a go to! I had last minute dress alterations and a tear I needed fixing in a two day span and not only did they do an amazing and fast job, they were all incredibly friendly! I will definitely be back :) 10/10 recommend.
