Chantal is simply amazing I told her exactly what I wanted and I got beautiful blonde hair with teal peekaboo highlights and beautiful long bob, but f you are looking for a cool hip salon this is definitely your place! Staff are super friendly and my experience was amazing can’t wait to go back!!!

It was the first time I have ever gone to Charles Stevens Hair and it was such a great experience.Chantal was who worked on the damage of my hair from another salon, and she was amazing!She listens to all your concerns, and tells you the truth, not tell you what you want to hear.It took her 5 hours total to fix my hair, including the cut and style.Even when I said it was past her working time she said she got a new curling iron and wanted to try it.Charles the owner even sat after his clients were done and spoke with me about the do's and dont's.I can't complain about the prices either when I was paying double that at another salon and I didn't even get what I asked for.I will definitely continue to see Chantal again!If I could give 10 stars for the entire experience I would.Great job Chantal!

Great team, great vibe; I actually had fun getting my hair done! Chantal is AMAZING. I had a bad colouring experience (from a different salon) earlier this year and my hair turned red/orange (for reference, I’m brunette and wanted a natural balayage). I thought my hair colour was ruined forever but Chantal knew exactly what to do and I have never loved my hair more!!!!

Beyond happy with Charles Stevens Hair and my amazing stylist Chantal. The booking process was quick and easy and I am so happy with the end result, my balayage and cut were fabulous, the whole team is warm and welcoming. Can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to go back!

I booked an appointment after multiple recommendations from co workers and friends, and I have to say it’s one of the best hair experiences I’ve had in a while! I’ve always been apprehensive about making big changes (especially when it comes to my hair) but Chantal took her time and was super helpful and accommodating while she walked me through my options (I now have a gorgeous colour for my graduation pictures). I will definitely be recommending these guys and returning in the future!!

Had an amazing experience getting my hair done by Chantal today! I went in not knowing exactly what shade of blonde I wanted, but knew I wanted to go blonde. She was amazing with helping me pick out a shade of blonde that works for me. Everyone is very friendly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Plus their hair washing station was super comfortable, which to me is an awesome bonus as that's usually never a great experience for me going to other salons!! I walked out looking and feeling 100 times better than how I walked in. Would definetely recommend to anyone who's looking to glam up their hair!! Thanks a million Chantal, I will definetly be back :)

Warm and welcoming! I went in with a vision and came out in love with my hair! Including the price I was overall very satisfied, will be going back!
