Oh my...where to start! Andi is a master at her craft. She can get so in-tune with your physical and energetic self to diagnose and treat issues, its incredible. Its not hocus pocus stuff either, her knowledge is simply unending on the body and central nervous system and how each piece of it should work alone and as part of the whole. Her treatments are based on a combination of many treatment modalities, both new and old. I have experienced drastic improvements in my physical health since I have been seeing Andi.

Andi is an incredible healer! Before explaining why, I need to provide some information about my medical journey. Seven years ago, I fell while skiing and jammed my thumb. This minor injury turned into a debilitating neurological pain disease known as Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), in my right hand and forearm. The medical community does not understand the causes of CRPS nor is there a cure. This disease has the highest pain levels according to the McGill Pain Scale, surpassing both child birth and limb amputation. Not only am I dealing with 24/7 pain in my right arm, but I was also diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis requiring a fusion surgery in the cervical portion of my spine. A Neurosurgeon widened my spinal canal by inserting a cadaver piece of bone and a titanium plate and screws. Following the fusion surgery, I was accepted into the Neuromodulation Program at the General. I had a Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS), implant surgery in 2016. The SCS sends electrical impulses up my spine by way of a small wire that has been fed up the spinal column to the place in my neck that corresponds to the feelings in my right arm. These electrical impulses intercept the firing of the pain receptors sent from my brain. So instead of feeling pain, I feel a buzzing sensation in my right arm. The SCS implant is very much needed to combat CRPS pain, but my back and spine are often stiff and sore around the site of the device. Andi's techniques have made such a difference to the overall health of my spine and back, not to mention the overall reduction in body pain. I highly recommend Andi to anyone experiencing acute or chronic pain. I can't say enough about her innate ability to pinpoint and target the areas of the body in need of relief. I feel so blessed to have found such a caring and gifted practitioner.

I had a concussion 10 months ago and have had eye strain, pulsing behind my eyes and feel completely twisted in my head 24/7. My whole life got paused and daily life became a serious challenge. I've gone to so many doctors and clinics trying to find an answer and trying to explain what i was feeling. I never felt understood and couldnt find the words to describe the weird and irritating things i was feeling. Then I met Andi. I started going to Andi about a year ago with symptoms of menieres. Dizziness and imbalance and ear problems. She showed me exactly what she thought was contributing to it and where it came from in the skull. I also had tmj issues that were part of it. I felt some relief right away from the first treatment and eventually those issues were gone. Andi is trult amazing. She is kind and gentle and very knowlegable about her work. I always felt calmer and less worried about what was going on. I can't imagine not continuing to see her. I also attended one of her yoga restorative sessions and felt great after. We moved down to Hamilton in 2018 and I was referred to Mountain Wellness Center and to Andi Davidson. Having previously seen other health practitioners for years before moving, I was worried I would suffer without their support and was unsure if anyone could do what I needed to have done to keep my body going. Luckily my fears were addressed immediately as Andi’s warm friendly approach made me comfortable from the start.Having suffered a serious car accident many years ago, my body was in constant pain and having not wanted to turn to medications to deal with it or just ‘accept’ and ‘deal’ with the pain, Andi got to work and we forged a strong relationship where she got to know and understand me and my body and from there she went to work. Andi listens so intently and actually hears what I have to say opposed to so many healthcare providers. She knows where my body needs work by just her gentle touch.I find she is quick to respond when I need her and she has developed a treatment plan (with so many different things to address). I leave her clinic after a treatment feeling fresh, relaxed and peaceful. I also find her so soft spoken and just love her healing room.To this day Andi is still helping me with all her healing technics. From cranial to just letting my body heal itself. I started going to Andi for cranial sacral therapy at an extremely difficult time in my life. I was living with constant pain, daily migraines and severe headaches, a terrible neck injury, several minor injuries, and several deep personal losses. I had tried so many different modalities, but never cranial sacral therapy.
