It’s actually 0 stars. The audacity to have “now open Sundays” on your sight only to drive 40 minutes to your location for you to be “closed for system maintenance” it is unprofessional at the least. Time is money and yous just wasted a good chunk of my day. Maybe update your google hours, phone messages, etc. this is pure laziness on crowfoot plates registry inc.

Had very good experience with the front desk and my 1st road test with the tall old guy (I think is name is barry ) was good even though I didn’t pass, he was more relaxed and accommodating but the 2 one with the other guy, was not a good experience and I won’t recommend for a road test…

Unfortunately Barry was very rude. He was unprofessional, made me take the test for 45 minutes then complained that it was my fault that he was late for his next appointment. I’ve seen the good reviews. I could take constructive criticism but he was just blaming me for a lot of things which i learned from my driving teacher.

I did my Class 7 and Class 4 Knowledge tests in this registry. Also, did register for Alberta health care here. All the registry agents were very kind and friendly. Especially, Ms. Erin and another young Indian lady in the (Sorry, couldn't ask her name). Ms. Erin helped me in doing the paperwork for Class 7 and Class 4. The Indian lady helped me with the Alberta Health Care registration. They were very informative and fast in processing my paperwork. Thank you Crowfoot Registry for having a wonderful team.

I did my Class 5 Basic road test here and passed first try! My examiner was Barry and he was great. I was a little tense due to it being my first attempt but he reassured me that I was doing well. After the test, he gave me tips on how to improve my driving even more. Despite it being a snowy Monday morning, all of the staff we’re very welcoming and informative. :)

The staff at Crowfoot Plates is always willing to help. They answered all of my questions about the Alberta Health Card and helped me apply for one as I recently moved to Alberta from Ontario. I received my card within a week and I'm grateful for their assistance.

I recently renewed my vehicle registration at Crowfoot Plates and was pleased with the efficient service. Once my turn came, the process only took a couple of minutes to complete. The staff is highly efficient!

Went to get my wife's driver license renewed and were told to get our rental agreement for ID with her name on it, went home, got the document and drove back to the registry and was told that it was over 3 months old and they could not use it as ID... Not sure about you, but I don't get my rental agreement signed every 3 months! ... So, we go to the bank and got a printout with her name on it and returned to the registry ... Our third time there and their system went down for the second time and stayed out of service ... All customers left, we were the last to leave and it was still down ... By the way, we waited in line three times totalling over 2 hours for something so simple ... Recommend - Not a chance!Update. Phoned registry to know if system back up ... Yes, so we went a fourth time and the line was at the door yet again and we stood in line ... We were not there long when one of the tellers came over to us and brought us to the till, proceeded to look after her getting her license processed, and then took her photo ... They apologized a number of times and the outcome only took 3+ hours from start to finish ... They moved up a few stars but it will take a while to get higher rating.

and went in yesterday Dec 16 for some more paper work, young lady my wife and i dealt with was very polite, clear spoken and efficient, again...odd that there are several very low ratings because of rude staff. My experiences have been pleasant, better than the registry closer to our house, and I will continue coming here.after seeing the low ratings I wasn't sure what to expect but i went to renew my expired drivers licence and it was quick (5 minute wait at 11:30), fully staffed, agent was polite and thorough. All good. No complaints.
