Cleve's Source For Sports
Sept 30 around 3:30 pm. Looking for runners, took a demo off rack to try, wasn't acknowledged or offered assistance so I left the store.Please teach your staff to acknowledge and greet customers coming through the door and to offer assistance. It's actually possible to deal with one customer at a time. Two workers and neither stepped up to great or assist. Substandard service will not make for repeat business.

A lovely pair of ladies working today helped me pick out some sneakers for work. I wish I had gotten their names because they turned my day around. I had just left one of the worst customer service experiences ever at Sport Check in tears, and made my way down to Cleve's to try again. It was like a ray of sunshine. The store is not large, but seemed to be well stocked. Whereas at Sport Check I was offered one choice of an ugly shoe that fit my needs, Cleve's had several options to choose from; it just so happened that the first pair that caught my eye were the winners. I'll be coming back to Cleve's for sure.

Gabby is very kind and helpful! She helped my son get the right equipment and fitting for his size. We will always come here for all our sports needs. I highly recommend this store! :)

A dark haired woman who was either a supervisor or a manager was very rude. She acted as if it was a complete inconvenience to ask her for assistance in locating a size sweater. If this is the kind of service that is to be expected from this chain of stores I do not believe I will be spending my money any time soon. Very disappointing.

I'm disappointed that there wasn't any goalie gear for hockey. Not a stick or anything. Coming from Ontario I know Source for sports to be a hockey focused store. This one looks like a glorified Sport check. I wish there was some nice high-end equipment to look at.

My son wanted a black pair of sneakers but they didn't have them in his size, the assistant manager offered to order them but my son decided he liked the other colour they had in his size. My son ended up with 2 pair of sneakers with the b1g1 for $2 so I was happy. It was nice for them to offer to order the original pair

Very rude staff, not helpful at the Sackville location. They behave as if you were bothering them when you ask questions. Not very inclusive if you have a family member who has special needs. Very disappointing. Hire more helpful staff who are supportive of those who have special needs.

Two young workers were working when I went in, said no more then the total, offered no assistance, stood around in the little cashier area and did nothing. All around quite poor customer service and would have give it no stars if it was possible

Store assistant was really unhelpful and seems like we were using up her valuable time as she stood over us, while we were trying to make a purchase. Stupidly made a purchase as my son needed some new trainers but later he explained to me he felt so uncomfortable he said yes to them as he wanted to get out of the store. Won't be going back...:(
