We had the bundle put in our home this week. We are very thankful for Colleen and Danielle for setting this up 2 days early because of a cancelation. We had Todd come and do the install and he was amazing and pleasant and answered all of Marty's questions. Thank you so much we are very happy with WTC.

So happy to make the switch from Bell to WTC already, and it has only been 1 day. The installation process went very smoothly thanks to Jason's expertise. He was helpful, courteous and professional as has been our experience dealing with everyone over the years, (we have had internet and phone with WTC).

I am so happy with the service I received today. A tree branch fell into the antenna at the top of my tower, and within an hour a very accommodating repair man was in my driveway. He climbed up the tower and fixed the problem within minutes. I will continue to sing the praises of this up and coming communications company to one and all!

We have always had fantastic service and support from WTC. We are in a tough location where trees are always a challenge. From initial install they have helped us get the best service possible. Any issue we have had (2 that I can remember in 2 years), they have been extremely helpful both on the phone immediately diagnosing the issue in the evening, and getting someone here when needed the next day. We have become totally reliant on internet during this time so that we are able to work from home. Thank you for everything you are doing.
