The learning environment was extremely positive and prioritized effective hands-on learning so the participants can grow the confidence in their skills. Ksenia encouraged good communication and provided rationale for why the skills are done a certain way.

I had a very positive experience during the BLS training with Ksenia. We went through multiple scenarios that simulated real life events which helped with practicing my skills and my confidence with handling situations when there are external factors present. This was my first BLS course and it was informatiove and taught in a positive environment where I was able to make mistakes and learn from them comfortably.

Very great experience. Ksenia is an amazing instructor! She makes the material fun and practical to learn. Would recommend to anyone who needs first aid and CPR training especially for sports instructors. 10/10

Ms Karamjeet makes our class of CPR first aid so enjoyable with lots of knowledge. She gives us a real life practice to deal with lot of injuries and make us engaged during the whole class

Having taken many classes with heart2heart, and as an instructor myself, I can say that the instructors here are amazing. Ksenia is a knowledgeable and engaging professional. I just took BLS and the course was very refreshing as a first responder, scenarios were realistic and practical. Every course i learn something new, can’t wait to rectify next year.
