We had an absolutely amazing wedding on May 14th 2023 it was everything we hoped for and more! Everything was beautiful, very romantic, and stress free. Sally handled any questions or concerns we had and was super informative about absolutely any and everything! All staff involved were extremely nice, caring, and helpful which definitely helped make us less anxious. We purchased the on the brink package and we’re able to add on the cake and classic photo package later on with ease. They were so accommodating during the entire process but especially when my husband and I decided last minute to do our “first look” of each other, we wanted to surprise each other at the venue by the falls instead of just seeing each other in the parking lot and they were able to make it happen for us! This wedding was extremely special and exactly what we were looking for we can not recommend them enough!! Thank you all for making our day extra special!Craig and Rebecca Starkweather ❤️

We had a beautiful wedding at the Falls wedding Chapel! Sally allowed us to relax and be confident that the details were in safe hands. She took care of our additional requests to make the day even more special. She communicated well and ensured we had all we needed. The ceremony was organized, and delightful. Pastor Ann honored our special request to have a unity candle and unity cross. This was so important for us to include in the ceremony. Pastor Ann has a unique spirit and positivity about her that was felt by all of us as she performed the wedding. They all made the moment incredibly romantic and meaningful as we made our promises and said our vows. Thank you for making our wedding very special! God bless!

We renewed our vows on our 39th anniversary on July 4, 2022. From my first contact with Sally, the experience was exceptional. Due to the time difference between AZ and NY, I expected there to be delays in contact, but there were none. Does she work ALL the time??? Sally explained everything and took care of all the details, so I didn't have to worry about anything. We showed up and had a wonderful time, with a beautiful ceremony in an amazing setting, gorgeous flowers, delicious cake and keepsake photos. Ann, performed the ceremony, and her words were perfect for us. I can't recommend Sally and Bob enough. Their service is amazing.

This venue was perfect for our Wedding. After stressing over high venue fees and large volume guest count, we decided to do a destination Wedding. Wow. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Sally was so so helpful and our vows were very memorable. I will cherish this day for the rest of my life.If i had one piece of feedback to give it would be to try to go closer to the falls or have two people asking tourists not to walk behind your ceremony. Other than that i was 100% satisfied.

We contacted Falls Wedding Chapel 2 weeks before our target wedding date on possibility of having a cathedral wedding ceremony. Sally, who was extremely accommodating every step of the way, immediately contacted us with options. Despite that we never met Sally and were from another area, we were confident in her abilities. She delivered everything we requested. Aunt Sally was at the beautiful cathedral earlier than we were, she was well prepared, organized and very friendly. She introduced Father Barry and Uncle Bob and walked us through the process very easily. Our ceremony was beautiful. Father Barry is amazing, was very kind and said just the right words while marrying us. We went for pictures at the Falls after the ceremony, this went seamlessly under the direction of Aunt Sally, who was taking the pictures, and Uncle Bob, who did the video. They recommended the Red Coach for lunch and we got the perfect ending to a perfect day. We have received the wedding video on time, as promised. The picture and audio are very good and the video captured all the special moments. We are waiting to receive the pictures tomorrow, earlier than we expected, and we know that they will be beautiful. We would recommend the Falls Wedding Chapel to anyone that wants a beautiful wedding with no fuss!

We got married July 30th 2020. I highly recommend Sally and Bob. Sally is a super planner/organizer. It's obvious she has been doing this a long time. We also loved having Ann marry us. Especially during the pandemic, they were very good to work with and made our wedding so enjoyable. My flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I asked for. And we were also very happy with the photos and video. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to get married at Niagara falls. Thank you Sally, Bob and Ann!!!!

Sally and Bob did a great job making sure our wedding was fantastic on Sunday, August 1st, 2021! The weather did not allow the helicopter wedding but Sally and Bob waited until the last minute to make sure. In the meantime, we had a great time chatting with them, and then a wonderful service. The discount was applied within two weeks and the photos showed up soon after. Could not be happier with their work, professionalism, and customer service.
