Alex was referred to me by my landlord and since moving in to the new apartment I have been more than happy and satisfied with the work that both Alex and Victor have done.I was having issues with an old bathroom fan the first time I contacted Alex. I postponed telling my landlord because I thought it would take a long time to schedule a repair and the whole situation would be stressful. Finally when the fan noise was getting too loud, I told my landlord and he referred Alex to me.Communication was easy, Alex was quick on finding the best time that worked for me and on the day of changing the fan they were punctual and efficient on getting the job done! Victor was the one installing the new fan, they arranged everything with my landlord and not long after I had a new working fan. To this day, I am very happy with his work, it was all done in one day, almost no mess at all. I actually praise the new fan more often than I should, to the point it’s a recurrent topic between me and my partner.Not long after, I needed a lamp installed and a door handle fixed and again Alex was quick getting to me. I’m a very curious person and usually like to know what is happening when it comes to repairs and Alex does not hold back to explain the work he does or answer any of my questions/concerns.Now, I don’t hesitate to contact Alex directly if I have any issues or things I need fixed. It feels good to be able to trust experienced and professional people.Both Alex and Victor are very friendly and reliable. Overall, just great people with an exemplary work ethic.

Alexi was very accommodating and professional. He was the most friendly guy which made the whole journey smooth and comfortable. He also payed attention to details and completed the job perfectly for us. We ordered roof, cleaning, power wash the concrete floor and lots handyman work through out the house and we found their quote a little lower than expected and the results was definitely worth it. We will definitely hire Alexi again for our next project.

Alex is the best! I promise you will be so happy with his work. He is extremely meticulous and professional and will offer you incredible results. He has been pressure washing our property for years and we would not use anybody else. He takes the time to do an impeccable job and does not rush or finish until everything is perfect. HAPPIEST CUSTOMER EVER! After starting a massive yard renovation, Lider came by to give me a quote on yard drainage. Leader Property Maintenance was the third company to assess our property, but with Lider’s friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner I knew instantly that he was the man for the job. We initially hired Lider to install a French drainage system on our property. We quickly learned that Lider and his crew are incredibly hard workers that produce top-quality results at a fraction of the price quoted by larger companies. Not only that, their company is family owned and operated so the crew works very well together and pulls 12 hour shifts to ensure the job is perfectly done!After realizing this, I hired Lider and his crew to complete the rest of our yard renovation! They excavated our entire yard while digging 2 trenches along the front yard, a massive trench down the side of our property, and 5 trenches in our backyard. Lider then coordinated the installation of French drains as well as assisting our electrician with the installation of underground conduit for our electrical upgrade. Lider and his crew then filled the trenches and levelled our yard in preparation for soil and sod.Next, we hired Alex (Lider’s step-son) who is a fantastic carpenter, to finish our 33-foot back retaining wall, install a handrail on our deck, and finish some interior drywall work. Lastly, Sayeed (Lider’s painter) painted our entire deck railings, front white picket fence, front porch, and French doors. All of the work was meticulously and perfectly done for extremely reasonable prices. The results are so beautiful and I feel so grateful to have found this amazing company. Not only that, Lider is such a wonderful person, and was very caring and comforting during the entire renovation process. I will certainly hire no one else to do work on our home or property and have already referred Leader Property Maintenance to family and friends. The photos speak for themselves!

Amazing experience working with Leader Property Maintenance!!!Lider (the owner of Leader Property Maintenance) is a wonderful guy! He was at our house this last week power washing our grounds, cleaning the gutters, washing windows and doing other property work. He and his team were professional, on time and just did really great work. Can't say enough good things about them. We are so happy we met them and will definitely be using them in the future. They came to our house yesterday. They are very professional and ultra honest. They took extra time to deal with all our issues. I was so happy to meet them that I wanted to write this review last night already. But got too busy unfortunately. Long story short, I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!And cherry on the cake : they are not one of those pretending companies who just put a lost mailbox as an adress to look legid but they can disapear anytime (like on the 21st floor of a downtown luxurious condo tower... Real strory!!)

I have used Leader Property Maintenance for gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, painting and other maintenance work in my house and will continue to use them. My exterior window trims and doors were painted in black. The quality of work was excellent. The company is very professional and prices are reasonable for the quality of work done. Lider goes out of his way to provide superior customer service.

When our upstairs bathroom flooded, we needed the ceiling in the living room repaired and Victor did an outstanding job! He worked quickly, kept the mess to a minimum, and when he was finished we couldn't even tell where the flooding had been. He did great work and we're so grateful to him. He's also just a super nice guy and was very friendly with our dog, which is always a plus when someone is working in your home. We will definitely be working with Victor for renos and repairs in the future.

Excellent job done by Leader Property Maintenance. Lider and Alexi were so nice, knowledgeable, super experienced, and being very much patient explaining all their plan, root cause they figured out and solution’s they were going to use. Recently I found one segment of perimeter drainage was clogged and catch basin outside basement couldn’t drain properly. I hired them and they did such a professional job, get all issues fixed nicely. After hydro flushing and verification, they also double-check with camera inspection and did pressure wash for driveway and walkway free of charge, just make it looks nothing happened. I do like the way how they finish their project and how they take good care of customer house. Many thanks to Lider and Alexi and his team.

I had battled with my drainage for years because those are so many roots crazily growing every year. A weeks ago just called a big company for the service but after 6 hours the roots still appeared in the camera. Found Leader Company by a friend. The owner Lidder came and he explained the problems and solutions. I decided give a try. The result is excellent. The job site is clean neat and they are very coordinating also every step they called me to see it and make sure I’m happy with it. The heavy job was completed only in 2 days. OMG…the tile work is super..like nothing happened. I’m so happy to find a such good handy company and I’ll keep them for my yearly maintenance. Highly recommend for others
