We loved our little apartment at 351 Wellington Heights. We lived there for three years, and wish we could have moved it to where we are now. Rent prices were great too! We paid $820 for a one-bedroom and here in Mississauga are paying $1465 for an apartment the same size!

They changed water tanks now nothing but drity red/brown water for hours after they are done . Nevermind the lack of repairs done . Terrible drywall plaster and not even painted over . I could gut this place an do a better job they the maintence team can . 1300 for roaches an mice also .

Kent court great for students. Convenient and affordable. The staff is somewhat kind,a little unorganized at times. maintenance is usually very quick and effective. Overall, its good.

Kent Court, ok sized apartments that cost as much as a house, and have the appliance and services that they did on location in the 90s. Fridge won't cool, only replacement is the same fridge from 30 years ago. Stove over heats and won't regulate temperature. Also as old as me. Electrical system running on 80s style fuses, and exposed, yes EXPOSED powered panels accessible in the closet, at a height children can reach. And a Landry facility I wouldn't submit inmates on a life sentences to. $1200 a month for a 20 year outdated apartment, and I have to run a dry cycle 3 times because they can only afford stolen coin operated machines fun behind salvation army. Glad to see my rent is directly funding the entertainment district, cause it the only thing functional on this property is the people hired to cut grass.
