Link4staff agency helped me obtain a good employer here in Ontario. They are efficient in their field of expertise. Jeanette Moskito accommodated me when I was just new here and at the same time worked on my papers. Fast forward, I finally fulfilled my goal of becoming a resident of this country.

I hired Link4Staff to complete LMIA paperwork in order to hire an employee. After charging a huge premium for their services, (competitors are significantly less expensive and much more professional) they treated me as a bother every time I reached out with a question. Each employee I communicated with was rude and condescending. I hired this company to do my paperwork. I’m not supposed to know how to do it or else I would have done it myself. The quality of the service provided did not equate to the premium that I paid.Link4Staff did complete their task and successfully helped me secure an employee, but it was like pulling teeth. I’d advise anyone looking to use this company to do some research about them as it was a difficult experience and a true displeasure to work with them.It’s now been over a year since I used Link4Staff and I’ve recently encountered some trouble accessing files that they created on my behalf and in my name. I tried to contact them and was met with a brush off email, stating “why would we help you?” and “you’re no longer a client”. Well, no, I am no longer a client, thank goodness. But I was a client, and I paid everything that was owed in advance, and in full. The least this company could do is provide me with the necessary assistance to gain access to my own files, even if the service was completed over one year ago.This final encounter was the assurance I needed to know that I made the right choice by hiring an alternate company to do my paperwork this time around. Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare. Their customer service isn't non existent. It’s absolutely abhorrent.

It was real nice to meet the owner of Link4staff. She and her team member were really helpful to me after I move down to Canada. They helped me to find suitable job for me. Honestly saying any one who is looking for job I would recommend speaking with member of link4staff.Thank you,
