Called to place an order total amount $124.87 surprised to hear that have to pay 50 percent on phone and for that I need to share my CC detail, I mean it’s not the first time I made order on call my number is on their record and the lady was RUDE!!! as I am asking something abnormal by requesting will pay at counter. People who can not handle customer should be on backend job not on call or customer facing.

I ordered a large tray of biryani and the rice and chicken were stale. This was not suitable to serve guests at all. Will not be ordering from here again, it seems there are no quality controls or checks.We put the leftover biryani in the fridge as the guests did not have much of it and it went bad the next day to a point where it smelt extremely unpleasant.

Very bad experienceWe got fish from here and we literally could not eat it. It had a very strong smell. When we went back to the restaurant to complain, they refused to acknowledge our complain. We didn't want a refund or replacement but just wanted them to take our concern seriously. The owner also refused to speak to us. We will not be returning again

Alkabab service is to good. I order Haleem very goog karachi test I love ❤️ it.Combo was really good for the price. Taste wise all the food was amazing, the roll with paratha is amazing.

Had take out from here for the first time yesterday and had a lovely experience. When my family and I walked in we got hit in the face with a delicious smell and the people who were working there were super friendly. We got given samples and the guy there told us about the dishes. They food tasted great except for that it was a little too spicy for me. Definitely will be back soon.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. We ordered keema naans and received naans that had almost no keema. It’s like they gave us just naans. How a restaurant can make and sell this is shocking and beyond me. Will never order from here again.

Got three kabab rolls today, this is what I found when I opened them: Old, rotten ripped soggy naan with dry old stale kababs inside. Gross would not recommend. I tried calling them and they wouldn't pick up. Not edible I don't know what they were thinking selling these with a straight face. Reading other reviews I see this is a repeated pattern, , Health Canada should look into this.

First time catering from Al Kabab. Food quality & taste was really good and better than competitors in the area. However, our catering (1/5 star) for 20 people really ended up being portion size for 12 people... Or 20 kids (maybe?). If you plan to cater from here I would suggest doubling your person count when ordering. Once again, food was delicious & fresh but was left embarrassed with guests due to portion size.

Paye serving size was not sufficient paid extra $5 for a large so im not sure what they were planning to send initially so was disappointed and they had no condiments with it.The paye was not sticky at all it failed the paye sticky test. The salan was not thick enough very watery.I have had bihari kebab that taste better wasnt too happy overall the masala taste was great but the quality of meat was nit great very rubber like texture and stretchy and i had high hopes Given Good quality beef biryani and chicken biryani was good too.

They have the best Lollipop Chicken, mutton curry, and their Reshmi wraps are to die for. All the biryani’s are phenomenal and delicious especially their mutton biryani. Customer service is great! Super friendly and attentive to customer needs. Overal Al Kabab is one of the best places to quench your Pakistani food cravings. 10/10.
