Pro Passport Photo

My passport photos were rejected after taking them here. I am now weeks behind.

The person working there refused to even try to take a picture of my son, who has a disability. We were met with ableist and rude behavior. The employee said that since my son cannot stand for a long time and is not wearing a dark tshirt, he will not even try to take his photo. I offered various solutions to ensure that my son would stand still and citizenship photo requirements do not mention clothing color. The person working there told us to go to another place that can take picture of “a person like him” - referring to my son and when I asked where we could go, I was told to google it. I went there encouraged by good reviews but clearly only certain people would be able to get the service at this place.
