Denied entry at 8:54pm, saying we're closing in 5 mins. Doesn't make sense to me since they are selling the closing time as 9pm. The customers stupidly drive to the place, wasting their time, but are denied service because the staff is just TOO LAZY! DISAPPOINTED!

Clean and friendly.Update, for all the pull up and run in, there is a by law officer waiting around the corner to issue $120 parking tickets. Needless to say, I drive by it now instead of stopping in if there is no place to park. The City of Burlington should rethink their parking program as it only cost the business a loss of business. Not Smart thinking.

Visited this 6 mins before the closing time. I was denied entry and was told they can't take order even though coffee takes only 2-3mins. The employee was rude and least concerned about customer satisfaction.

Stewart and Violet are amazing! I tried the mocha cookie crumble upon Stewart’s request and we even got 2 free cake pops to go! As they were closing! Awesome customer service and very friendly! Six stars if I could!

Great staff, pet friendly! We visited with our outdoorsy kitty. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. This being our kitty's first cafe experience, it couldn't have gone any better..the pup cup was a hit with her!

I have been to this store a few times and it's like the usual Starbucks store. The store is clean and the staff are very energetic and friendly. They have a few tables inside and outside the store where you can sit down and enjoy your coffee. Some of the tables are unavailable to make sure everyone is following physical distancing rules.

Well, this particular location is not really nice.If you are in customer service please listen to your clients orders.Every time I stop by at this place they never get my coffee right.Always doing something and rarely listen.I love Starbucks and I have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years.It is sad to say that the quality of customer service at some location is very poor.
