Valet Car Wash Gordon St

It's aight. I pay for the best unlimited package since it's so close to my place. But the car wash will leave spots of water on your windshields and mirrors that you need to clean out on your own. Wish they had better blowers. I still like the place, but I can't give it 5 stars because it could be improved a lot more.

I recently had both our cars detailed inside and out. They were both very dirty from a hard winter of driving. The interior cleaning was superb, our carpets and mats are like new again and both vehicles looked superb afterwards.Considering the detail required it was completed quickly and professionally. They were very courteous and the communication was great from start to finish.I will definitely go there again

The staff at Valet are friendly, efficient and do a great job cleaning my cars. I am always pleased with the way my car looks when I leave there, and they often finish earlier than they originally predict. Their communication (reminder texts, updates on the progress) is also very professional and helpful.

Audi Q3 done today June05 2021 at 3:30 pm. Absolutely the worst experience in my life. It cost me CAD70 to do just the interior that included vacuuming, windows, plastics, dust etc.Everything was included but the seats. Please see the pictures and judge yourself. I do hope that somebody from the management sees this and make the person who had done the job accountable.We went home and started to do again what should have been done in the shop and what I paid for.I'm not going back ever again.06/08/2021 - In response to Michelle D.When I booked the interior cleaning there was no opening until the end of the day so I do understand that time is precious for you as it is for me. Saving time and hoping for a quality job is the main reason why I went to a professional car cleaner. Unfortunately I do not have the time to go back and wait for a resolution. I could have taken many other pictures like the dashboard dressing not spread evenly, rear windshield not cleaned properly in the corners , very greasy solution used on the doors that comes off on the skin or clothing and so on. Posting many pictures prove that this was not just a missed spot but an entirely poor job. This is my second time at this shop with the same result so I did give it another try. I do leave positive and negative reviews based on my experience when I feel that doing so it would help others to make the right choice and service providers to evaluate their performance.Thanks for clarifying about the door hinge picture.

Had a very thorough interior clean done by Jackomo, and my car hasn’t looked this nice on the inside since I bought it. Even got rid of a stubborn spot of wax that we weren’t sure would ever come off. He was pleasant, professional, and did an excellent job. The quality of the service was well worth the price. Had an app offer for a credit when you download. I did that, got to the car wash and right when I went to enter the code it says it didn’t work and the only way to solve it was to contact their support line. Well, I’m in line with several cars behind me and no way to get out of line. I pressed the help button multiple times and couldn’t get any assistance besides the automated voice repeating the instructions. Since there was a line behind me I had to pay AGAIN. This was a TERRIBLE experience , just go somewhere else.

Just had an interior cleaning from the Gordon street location and was blown away by the effort and attention to detail these people put into their work. Went in to thank them for doing an amazing job, but walked in to see another customer who was screaming at the employees. Who knows, maybe he was off his meds that day. But the manager had to put up with his nonsense and I'm truly sorry. I left and decided to write this review as a thank you instead. Keep up the great work!!!!

I am so pleased with the car detailing that I received! I have 2 dogs who ride in my hatch so my SUV gets very dirty. They did a phenomenal job and I will definitely be returning! 10/10 would recommend.

Always come here to get my interior done and they do an amazing job! Came here Saturday to use the bays and self serve vacuums which I don't usually do and the ladies in the front got me started and moved through comfortably! Always enjoy coming here as they are so friendly and pay attention to detail!

Absolutely garbage service! I highly recommend paying a little bit more money and going anywhere else…. They say they provide an “ultimate interior cleaning service” but this doesn’t even including wiping down your seats with a wet cloth….Today I paid for the “ultimate interior cleaning” + “exterior was and towel dry”… what I received from this interior cleaning was just vacuuming of the floor and “wipe job” of the dash that left wet hand prints all over the seats and screen. When I asked them to wipe down the seats (wipe off the hand prints they created) they told me that they charge extra to clean the seats! They did offer to “re-vacuum the seats… but neither of the employees actually took the time to look at what was wrong before beginning to argue about “the cleaning of seats” being an extra service…Absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed in both employ attitude and service provided.In conclusion…. Save your money! What is a purpose of calling it an “ultimate service” if the service is less than satisfactory?
