Great place!! I stopped in to get a cappuccino I got biscotti with dark chocolate in it and a cranberry with white chocolate chip cookie and both were awesome!! The cappuccino I got was also great I did get a double espresso shot in it tho but that’s the way I like it but after I got 2 lbs and all my stuff I was pleasantly surprised at the price I think it was very affordable and very competitive with regards to prices I think they will do well!!! Give them a try!!

Coffee is poor quality, often out of everything it seems. Not sure how this place became popular in St.Catherine’s unless it’s very different from the Port Colborne location.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years. The coffee and baked goods are delicious. I went today and the first thing I ordered, they didn’t have all the ingredients in stock. No big deal. I ordered another selection and a cookie for my daughter. When the staff gave me my coffee, it wasn’t what I ordered. She told me “I heard you order two coffees including this regular latte”. Again, no big deal. A miscommunication. She proceeded to repeat that she heard me order a regular latte, took it back, and put the syrup in that I had ordered. She turned to the other staff and said, again, I heard her order two coffees. I took the coffee and left feeling embarrassed. I felt it was a simple mistake but instead of laughing about it or shrugging it off, I was treated poorly. I was likely charged for two coffees but just wanted to leave at that point. I will not be returning. The coffee is great but not worth the poor service.

My husband and I stopped at the cafe on May 18th. We asked if there’s a washroom we can use and the girl who works there told us yes. So we order 2 lattes and left tips. I went in the washroom and it was obviously someone had used it and didn’t flush so I tried to flush it and no water came out. So I came out of the washroom and told the girl the toilet is not working, she goes “oh, yeah I have to fix it sometimes”. So we waited and thought she was going to fix it. After a few mins we realized she’s probably not going to do that so my husband politely asked her if she’s going to fix it and she said no, she can’t fix it. So we said so there’s no washroom we can use and she just stared at us. With this type of customer service it’s no wonder the cafe looked dead when we walked in. Definitely avoid this place!

my friend and I purchased coffee and then 5 minutes later after sitting down the barista said they were closing. this was well before closing time. if they had disclosed this prior to purchasing we would have went somewhere else. they hardly had any flavour shots as well, they seemed to be out of most flavours.

My husband, son and I stopped in yesterday (August 14, 2022) for a coffee and dessert. We have been a few times before, and up until now I probably would have given this place a 4 star rating. We sat in the dining area to enjoy our food but unfortunately the ambience was not happening. This was because the restaurant had a big table and the big drink dispensers in the dining area. These were clearly used during Canal Days (an annual festival in Port Colborne) that ran from July 29-August 1. The dispensers had clearly not been attended to since then, with liquid sitting in them, some of which had moulded. You can’t have had zero time to clean your equipment in the 2 weeks that have passed. It was a real turn off sitting next to mould festering in the dispenser and we left. Assuming this gets the owner’s attention and I will not have to report this to public health.

The Green Apple is a very cute little coffee shop right by Port Promenade. We made it a day at the port by having lunch on a beach with fish and chips and stopping by for a great and coffee here. Highly recommend this joint. PS their safety protocol is very appreciative.

Been here before, usually good. But good only gets you so far. Sign says open. Deadbolt is engaged. Unfortunately, I can’t waste the gas hoping that your shop is open. Another coffee shop will be my new haunt.

I was employed here for roughly 3 months and then was told (via text message) to not show up for any more shifts because I did not disclose my vaccination status. It says something when an employer terminates a dedicated employee for holding their own integrity/moral ground.

This exquisite coffee shop is perfect for meeting with friends and/or studying while enjoying a good lake view! Their apply green latte is a must try. They offer a variety of tasty baked goodies that are reasonably priced. The shop is spacious and has a beautiful patio. Staff are courteous and provide efficient customer service.
