Found this spot looking for a nail salon near the skytrain and I’m so happy I found it! Definitely one of the best pedicures I’ve had. May paid great attention to detail, the scrub and massage before the polish was amazing. Service was quick and professional, salon was very clean and looked after, plus a huge selection of gel polish. I don’t live in the area, but will definitely be back when I’m in town again!

I don’t often write bad reviews but my experience here wasn’t very good. I booked 2 pedicures for my sister and I for her birthday and we arrived 8 minutes late, they called us and we explained we were running late as we were struggling to find parking and apologized. There’s an underground parkade and they cover parking but they didn’t tell us until after we arrived and paid .. ? Akiko did my pedicure and she was very passive aggressive and almost angry to be doing my pedicure ? I recognize we were running a little bit late but almost throwing down utensils and barely greeting me made my experience genuinely uncomfortable. She would just aggressively tap things when she wanted me to put my feet up, or to ask me what colour I wanted instead of just talking to me. We asked if we could do French tips but again super rudely told by everyone no because we were late, my sister and I understood and settled for a solid colour, but it wasn’t explained very kindly.. Weird experience and I wouldn’t recommend..

This was the first time visiting this salon. I had the Deluxe Pedicure done by Akiko. She was excellent! Very attentive and meticulous in her work. The salon is clean and friendly. Will definitely be a regular customer here.

Nice service every time.Update: I've just had my gel manicure done by Akiko today and I love them. I've never received such a quality service in such short time. Mine took just over an hour. The shape and the color are great, and she also did a great job gently removing my old gel so that my nails didn't burn under the uv lamp at all!

Fantastic, consistent service. Every time I get my nails done at Nailtoepia I leave satisfied. All the girls are so friendly and nice. They also always have new and trendy colours and styles every season. Highly recommend

I've had the worst experience getting a french design shellac here. May was the person doing it and she had no idea what I was saying to her. All of my nails were uneven and super bumpy.It was super difficult to communicate with her and I had to ask her to stop and she had a terrible attitude. Will not suggest going here!

I've been coming to Nailtoepia for a few years now. I love the people, the atmosphere, and the amazing nail art! My nails always last for weeks and the technicians are kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I really enjoy coming to this place to get my nails done, staff is always friendly. They always try to accommodate the services you need and that is really appreciated. Akiko and Jenna are wonderful. They are very professional and they are amazing doing nail art. Book with them and you’ll not be disappointed. :)
