We recently bought directly from the supplier, expecting to receive 6 panels. They shipped it in two shipments, and incorrectly printed the shipping label for both packages, one with an invalid address and one with an incorrect address. Puralator called me to correct the invalid address, but tried to deliver the second package to the incorrect address which was then sent back to naturae decor. Since then we have had 3 calls to them to solve the issue, each call offered a solution which was never actioned. This included shipping the items and providing a discount. Feels like a run around. I now have to work with visa to chargeback the payment because they refuse to follow through.
