Asked for a sausage and egger and they gave me a sausage with a little bit of cheese on a soggy bun with not egg... Not sure that it's that hard to make the sandwiches but somehow they messed it up. Not to mention they tried to charge me for more than I ordered. Food was okay besides them messing up the order and taking 10 minutes to get to me. They didn't give me a receipt with my order. Poor service should be expected from this particular franchise establishment. I ordered at about 8:20am Oct. 28.Went again got a frozen coffee... Wasn't filled all the way and was mostly just ice cubes(not what it's advertised as). I don't know who trains the staff but they should reevaluate their job maybe panhandling is a better fit for them.

This A&W was very busy this morning. The food came out, delivered to our table piping hot.As good as A&W gets. Quick and meal as you would expect.

Our bike group gathers here and we are taken care of amazingly by the staff. Service is friendly, food is fantastic. 50+ bikes last night and they moved the line fast without compromise to service and taste.

Best A&W I've ever been to. Their breakfast is better than other restaurants who only do breakfast. The food is always cooked perfectly, especially the eggs.

What a Great Find for a A & W here. I enjoy the mozza Burger I ordered and the Great Onion Rings and there Famous Root Beer and my Friends Loved it to and you Can eat Outside there on a Nice day and sweat potato fries is there too one friend tried and they turned out great. Everything was very good but this was the Very First A & W I saw where you fill your own Drink and the Glasses were there to use that were fun. I found this A & W very good and if in the area again I would go back here. There was even a Classic Free car show too and I think they possibly but not sure come some Saturdays. The Staff were very good and even Bring it to our Tables inside or out. I hope to Be Back Again soon at this one.

This place is very good! Foods are delicious and well customer services!ordered the classics breakfast with sunny side up eggs, and one egg did not looks good and they provide me for another better sunny side up egg.Recommended to come here for breakfast and lunch

This location has the best quality of A & W food for some reason. Breakfast toast and hash browns are thicker too. Tried the nuggets today. Cooked fresh.

Visited this location, 149 st & 111 Ave Edmonton on June 5 2023 at 4-4:30pm. I cannot understand why this location was rated #1. Restaurant was very dirty. Male worker just wiped tables down. Then just wiped some trays and talked to other female employee. Washrooms were dirty and unattended. Dining room floor messy with garbage on the floor. Restaurant was not very busy at the time. Tall male worker assumes and doesn’t listen to customer. (Smart butt attitude). Tall male worker not polite. He doesn’t greet customer and does not say “Thank You.”
