It has the best cosmetics department especially the hair coloring section. The women are extremely helpful and have proper training whiith the products. The Whole staff that works there are so friendly and welcoming from the minute u walk in the front door until you leave

This Ladysmith store is well appointed. I was looking for cards and they have a wide selection. Their gift department is truly amazing!

I almost never write a negative review, but feel compelled just in case people are checking for such things before choosing a pharmacy to deal with.It is entirely my fault but I found myself in the predicament of having to go to this pharmacy as I left my asthma medication in a different city. Despite having been helped twice previously by different pharmacies in precisely the same circumstances (The pharmacist has the option of dispensing an emergency medication, without the necessity of transferring the prescription from your original pharmacy), and additionally despite the fact that their computer shows I am due for a refill this week, The pharmacy manager refused to help and suggested I go to the doctor or to an emergency department to get a new prescription.The woman who answered the phone (Vicki) was apologetic and simply doing her job to the best of her ability as far as I can tell, which why I’ve given to stars rather than zero.

Worse experience In all the 40 years shopping at Ladysmith BC Pharmasave yesterday. Was in there with my two adult children when we were profiled by the two working in the makeup department. The one stood and blatantly stared at us while we were looking at the hair items. When we moved to look at the next aisle she moved as well and leaned on the counter to stare us down. When we moved down a bit to look at the next thing she leaned over even more. I made it known that I wasn't going to shop there if I was stared at. She flippantly raised her voice and said, Bye

What a disappointment… I went into this pharmacy to transfer my stroke medication from Nelson BC to this place because of the fantastic reviews.I was in yesterday to let them know what I need and they assured me they would have it ready once they received it.Today I called after work to confirm I could pickup my stroke meds, as they are desperately needed, but when I called the pharmacist went on to tell me they didn’t have it and it was destroyed by the other facility.I talked to Nelson Remedy RX (the other facility) and they told me exactly where it was sent, when and who they spoke to. After confronting the pharmacist regarding this, and my meds, he just dismissed it.I asked about an emergency supply, but he refused to do anything without a doctor’s order. This is appalling, I am very disappointed!

Always friendly and very helpful staff. Love them all like me friends.

A great store with a little bit of everything!

Every. Single. Time. I’ve gone in here the staff go absolutely above and beyond. They are always friendly and thrilled to answer any questions you may have, they always try to find solutions for you without being prompted to, and ALWAYS are overall lovely to deal with. I wish more pharmacies were like this. Customer for life.Employees have always been helpful, they make sure to ask how my medication is working and if I've noticed any side effects yet every time I refill.Very knowledgeable staff you can usually talk to the same person instead of a random pharmacist each time like larger pharmacy chains.I would recommend them to anyone with a prescription!!
