RBC Royal Bank

I am changing banks because of the workers here. Every time I go in to deposit a cheque I have to state that they haven't fixed my deposit limit for online banking and they say they will fix it and never do. I was followed on instagram and messaged about joining a pyramid scheme by the blond worker and she messaged me so many times before I had to block her and I felt uncomfortable going there for a while. Just today I went in and I was told I should get this one investment thing and I stated I have to talk about it to my dad so don't make an appointment and the worker said, well we are the professionals so I'm making you an appointment." I'm going in later today or this week to get all my accounts to go to a different bank."

For a bank they don't know much about investments.... I opened an RRSP and no one at this branch could assist with depositing money into it. I think this was a straight forward request but the incompetence is unreal... They admitted that they don't know about RRSPs and investments.... Unknowledgable people

The worst RBC branch. Was working with a financial planner here and all of a sudden she stopped returning my emails. No notice given to clients, no automatic email reply, just silence, all during tax time when financial planners should be accessible. After weeks of endless waiting I called and was told she moved on to a new position, when I pointed out that her clients should have been notified, branch staff were condescending and dismissive.

Forced to listen to constant automated recordings for 5 minutes before proper option was presented to me. After selected, waited 5 more minutes for somebody to pick up the phone. Nobody did. They rely heavily on online services and have no interest in personal interaction.

Had the pleasure of meeting with Darren, one of the client advisors over multiple situations. He always provided a great customer service and couldn't have been more helpful

The worst in branch experience I have ever had. I had to deposit coins so had no choice but to go in branch. Waited for half an hour in line with only 2 people ahead of me. Tellers are more concerned about making changes to your account than actually completing the banking you came to do.I highly recommend avoiding this branch.

Went to withdraw funds from a transfer made the day before. I understand you need to ask security questions but the teller just wouldn’t stop asking the same questions. By the end of it he was slamming his keyboard And threw a hissy fitasking if I wanted to see the manager I just walked away and said I’ll go to another bank.Went to another bank 10 minutes later I’m out with the funds then I get a call an hour later from the same bank saying the bank previous called them to ask more questions unbelievable! Go to TD they’re much better

Very slow and depressing branch .. feels like you are at hospital when there .. hardly any smiles or welcoming staff .. make sure take a coffee when going there as you will feel sleepy …

Worst service ever !! Only 2 tellers dealing with customers who had already taken up 20 minutes +, a 3rd teller going about her business ignoring customers waiting and what could have been a manager clearly unbothered by the long line of waiting customers
