MyPops.ca Erin Mills Town Centre Mississauga Toys and Funko

I can’t say enough about this store. Erin mills is not our go to even though we live across the street. The issue is all the better stores closed and there is literally nothing that brings us in. However one day I ran in yo Sasha Mr style my hair quickly and saw my pops. I have 5 boys and this place is like heaven for all of them. We’ve been back to the mall more in three mo ths than we have in 10 years. The kids have discovered the food court and kernels etc all because of this place.However I would be remiss in not telling you how amazing this place is. The staff have all the patience in the world. They order in what we need. They are Knowledgeable and the store itself is far better stocked than the similar ones we go to.My pops you are a gem in Erin mills town centre- please never leave!

I have had great experience with this store. The staff is friendly and has always been helpful.For those that are crying over the offer they got for their trade in, what do you expect when you are selling to a store? The fact that you even get 50% is good as I have seen lower offers for bulk purchases. If you want more for your items, sell them yourself to collectors and guarantee you get what you want.Stop bashing a store because you are not happy with what they offer you. Its a business at the end of the day.

I don’t ever often write reviews but after the experience I went through with this company I’ll never shop here again. I messaged them 4 weeks ago in regards to buying/trading and one of the employees I spoke to gave me a horrible offer which I was shocked and I never gotten a general response back.After waiting for more then 3 weeks I got a response back in regards to the inquiry and how I felt insulted as a customer the lady in the email was kind enough to work out a deal but instead of trying to give me a better offer they gave me low offer. On top of that they suggest that I go into the store to negotiate with an associate like why would I travel and waste my gas without working out a deal through messages first?I understand you guys are a business at the end of the day but to only offer me $300-$350 in “only trade” for my hard to find pops that are worth Atleast $700-800 is quiet disrespectful like I can understand if it was a cash offer but for trades I would have expected more. The employees would then trying to act dishonest in regards to valuing/pricing their stuff through other market platforms and when I asked if they priced through HobbyDb/PPG they disregarded the question.Ignoring a customer for over a month and just getting a legitimate response after messaging through IG social media platform and acting dishonest is not a great customer experience for any business.I will not be changing this review as this review speaks the truth and honesty about how certain employees act towards customers. No issue was ever resolved.

Amazing selection, amazing prices and super friendly staff. I’ve purchased all my Funkos from mypop and thank them for the amazing service and quality!! They never fail to amaze me!!

The employees were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. They have a huge collection of Funkos from Harry Potter - DBZ - Marvel - Disney - DC - Pokémon, etc.

Friendly staff and a great selection of Funkos. Victor was very helpful in preparing my orders. I look forward to shopping here again soon.

There’s a good selection here, but most of the blind boxes from Japanese brands like Re-ment have been fakes. Some boxes do not actually have the Re-ment logo on them and when I bought and opened them, the paint jobs were shoddy, didn’t match the box design, or details were missing. The only reason I’m giving a 3 star review is because the workers here are super friendly and I enjoyed my shopping experience here. Tyler especially, was kind and helpful.Edit: Ive dropped my review to 1 star and I’ve added a picture for why. In the image, there’s differences between the real product from Japan (left) and the product from mypops (right). The product from mypops has blurry glass, the figures are poorly made, and the hanging piece uses metal instead of plastic and doesn’t even hang from the lid like the real thing. I’m extremely disappointed to have spent money here on fake products.

they sell fake re-ment products. i bought a blind box and the product was missing major details that are supposed to be there. i know this because my friend has the same product except hers is real. when I asked the manager, she said there was nothing wrong with the product and that it was supposed to look the way that it did. if you’re gonna sell fakes, at least be honest about it. waste of my money

I went into MyPops to pick up an order and met Anson. He was amazing! So friendly, helpful and patient. I ended up buying more, mainly because of the great customer service I got today. Thank you again Anson!
