Nice apartments, seems well kept. Good location

Had an incident where someone in the building stole one of my packages which was a Christmas present. Called their office, no answer. Left a voicemail, nobody got back to me. Super unprofessional. We’ve gone through 3 building managers in under a year because the higher ups expect WAY too much from 1 person. Also, parking is a nightmare. There’s not enough spots for tenants, and the number of visitor parking spaces is absolutely laughable. For an apartment complex that isn’t even that old, you’d think they would have put more planning into the parking situation prior to building. BF was finally able to secure a spot and it’s EIGHTY FIVE dollars a month. Excuse me?! It’s highway robbery. If we didn’t like our unit and the location so much, we would have moved out already.Edit to add: apparently some tenants are allowed to smoke in their units still… I feel like prospective tenants should be told this before signing a lease. We have a baby and our kitchen and foyer constantly stink like cigarettes because the woman across from us is allowed to smoke inside. It’s disgusting.

terrible place, poorly managed, takes 6-8 weeks to fix a request, revolving door of supervisor. Loud drunk neighbors on their balconies yelling cursing all hours of night. too expensive for such a dump

Unfortunately, had an extremely bad experience with this company getting stuck abroad during covid and having to rent a 2nd place, while being laid-off work quickly drained finances. I either needed to get a deal or get rid of the property. After trying to reach my building manager for a month via phone I was finally able to reach someone in the company. In which they informed me I didn't give them the full 60 days ....it was literally 50+ days notice but not 60. They wouldn't even discuss the N11 form option which is a mutual agreement to end. No they desperately need my money for that month.The management was extremely interdifferent to my situation or the global pandemic. Deal making was standoffish and didn't make any logical or financial sense. While making a financial deal isn't their responsibility, when they heard I was struggling actually tried to lock me into a longer or more expensive contracts ...to a place I could not get to. They also legally increased rent during Covid.As a examples of the type of experiences I had, on one occassion their staff actually let themselves into my apartment without notice, unlocking my door without written notice or even a phone call.They wouldn't even advertise the unit I was trying to sublet and actually ignored or blocked potential subletters calls and emails. They even went so far as to tell people that the unit was already rented when they finally did get a hold of them.You should greatly reconsider their apartments and find a place that wants to work with people rather than take advantage of them.

A great mix of nationalities and all tenants are friendly and respect each other. Also let friendly.

Horrible management, Horrible supervisor, never attend the calls, if called for any emergency.. they dont have time .. most of the the unit tenants smoke and always the foyre and the elevator stinks . Dogs pee in the elevator which is never cleaned. Its always shabby. Snow is never cleared. Never recommend this place . We always see pest control van /plumbing / electricity and repair van / that means maintenance is very poor. Also seen carpets removed and dumped in the bin .

LIMITED parking lot. I have been waiting for a parking lot for weeks and still no parking lot available for my car. I have no choise to sell the car or change the house. it is so disappointed in covid situation with two children.

Difficult time getting a hold of management. Limited parking for lot. Increased rent during Covid. Parking lot was often not cleared.Neighboor is only good part.

Excellent building, fantastic view and amenities. Just wish there was more visitor parking.

Just need more parking space for visitors.
