Nous avons eu un très mauvais service à la clientèle. Difficile d'avoir un suivi. Le patron devient irrespectueux quand cela ne l'arrange pas.

Super beau travail sur façade qui menaçait de tomber a tout moment, et ce, en urgence! Merci mille fois de m'avoir trouver une place rapidement dans votre horaire chargé!!!

For the record, i tried to resolve this directly with the company before coming here. I am shaking, I just had Niko scream at me on the phone for over 10 minutes, and cut me off repeatedly when I would try to get a word in, in hopes of resolving all of this, only for him to eventually just hang up on me when I tried to speak. So I put up with 10 minutes of getting screamed at (mainly about what a great, honest guy he is) for nothing, since he wouldn’t even let me speak a full sentence. The only reason I listened was in the hopes of coming to some sort of resolution.So I am quite upset…After receiving the balance of a 4000$+tax bill for work that only took a few hours and visibly was not worth half of that, I did some research. The RBQ license on that 4000$ bill was not valid. Also, I had initially asked for a consultation with maçonnerie Leclerc since I was told by our inspector that all of the joints needed to be redone as it was the original 1960 material. Niko convinced me this was not necessary, as the only risk was the cracks causing water infiltration. As he was the expert, I trusted him. During the 10 minutes of getting screamed at on the phone, he admitted that the reason he said that was because the quote would have been 25,000$ and he knew I wouldn’t have agreed to that, so he didn’t even provide it as an option (so not because he was advising me as to what the best option for the house would be). A very unpleasant company to do business with. I’ve already paid 800$+tx in deposit and am very disappointed with myself for paying it without doing more research into this company that doesn’t even have a valid RBQ license to do the work…since the outsource to a subcontractor, they basically got 800$+tx to scream at me.Super untrustworthy experience, i definitely do not recommend.

La personne que j'avais contacté afin de faire soumissionner des travaux m'a expliqué qu'il ne souhaitait pas se déplacer pour le travail en question. Je voulais avoir son avis afin d'engager des travaux et sécuriser ma façade. Très condescendant, ayant beaucoup de travail il se permet de faire de l'esprit à ces futurs client. Doit certainement booster ces soumissions. Je n'aurai jamais confiance de travailler avec eux.

Je suis très satisfaite de mes travaux effectués été 2021, l'entreprise m'avait été référé par mon voisin qui avait fait faire les mêmes travaux l'été 2020, qui lui-même s'avait fait référé par son courtier immobilier. Il a fallu s'y prendre tôt par contre, puisqu'ils sont très en demande. L'attente a fallu la peine, car plusieurs options s'offraient a nous avec différents prix et on a eu plusieurs explications et conseils professionnels pour nous aider a prendre la meilleure décision pour nous. Pas toujours le cas avec plusieurs entreprises dont nous avons eu des soumissions.
